Best purchasing experience! I have purchased many vehicles but this by far was my best experience and exceeded any expectation I had for a vehicle purchase. Alicia was patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions without frustration (I brought a long list!). Kevin in finance explained everything thoroughly and had all the paperwork ready so I did not have to wait long. I left in a brand new Jeep and couldn’t be happier. Alicia even sent me a text to make sure I made it home safe as it was a late night and long drive for me. I will be telling all my friends and family to come see Columbia Chrysler. Thanks again! More

Dishonest and unethical to a reasonable customer This is quite something .. shaking my head:/ My sales person was Tom and the sales manager was Iyad. This sales process was dishonest from the beginning to the end. It left me in an unpleasant situation that further complicated my need to take care of my mom. I own my own mistakes and my part in putting myself in that situation, but the conduct displayed by this dealership was unethical, dishonest, and unprofessional in an environment where good faith was sought. I relied on the honesty of this dealership at a time when I was not in the right frame of mind to making a car purchase that day, with it being the one year anniversary of my brothers death. I went to get my mind off things and it left things harder for me. They were aware of my situation as I said I was off that day for that reason. I was looking for a used 2017 SUV because I thought it would be more practical for my use and because my mom, who has Alzheimer’s, could foreseeably have a harder time getting into my truck, as her condition progressed. I found one and they said it was a new arrival that was getting offers coming in ( not true- later found a ad 1 month old for this vehicle) Now read through this, as it’s not just being upset about the bad trade in value they gave me, which can be argued to be speculative , but how they continue to be dishonest in a very unethical manner despite the invitation of reasonable compromise. They took advantage of my situation and not only ended up selling a used SUV to at their full asking price ( fine) , but also lowballing me on a trade that provided them an extra $5000 to $6000 ( not fine) Even after I countered the trade in price, they assured me these were the best prices I could hope for given promotion on new rams (untrue to the extent of the trade in value offered ) . Other dealerships that I had contacted previously learned of this and used the words, “ they stole it from you” and bad practice. I paid what an individual, who did not have a trade-in, would’ve paid for the used SUV... PLUS they took advantage of a large mark up on my trade for an extra pay off. Within two days after the purchase of the SUV, the conduct of the dealership continued to show dishonesty and lack of consideration. I soon realized the SUV was not good for my mother because of the smaller door access in the seat configuration. I was having to rent a car to get her around. Thinking they could be reasonable, I asked if I could get my other 2016 truck back and I even offered to compensate them for their time. The sale was only 48 hours ago. They said no and so I offered to buy my old truck back at the market rate! They told me the truck I traded in had a deposit on it but would let me know if it came available. I expressed for them to let me know if the sale went through. It seemed odd as they were slow responding to my request about getting the truck back and they needed to do an inspection before they even sold it or put it online. Well, One month later, my trade-in truck showed up on autoTRADER for sale! despite me asking about buying it diligently earlier and understanding my handicap with my mom and the SUV. They took it to another lot where I would not see it:/When I texted them about it still being available , there was no response from the salesman and then Iyad Mentioned that the deposit was off. I was disgusted as they knew I wanted the chance to buy it back, even at a loss for me. So disgusted I did not want anything to do with the dealership I’m now in a situation where I need to rent a car to get my mom around. I cannot get out of the SUV because of the excessive cost they built in the SUV that padded their pockets more , over and above the full asking price The killer part of it is that when they told me my truck sold, they said would get me a good deal another one. Well. they were way above what another dealership would do for me. Despite having to service my car there for lifetime engine warranty, I will not be servicing it at this dealership. I can understand that the deal was done, but the dishonesty that prevented me from getting my truck back and not having to rent vehicles for my mom. There was no reason for it, other than I knew the trade in value of my old truck and another buyer would not. More

You listened to my questions and made it a point to address all my concerns. For the past 10 years I have been coming to your service department and I have found them excellent after buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee from here. Now another great experience from the sales team. Kudos to Justin Gerbera for being patient with me too. I have only great things to say about this dealership and staff. I have recommeded this dealership to friends and I will definitely do it again. GP, I sincerely hope that your management recognizes all your efforts and patience. You are a true ambassedor of Columbia Chrysler dealership at Minoru, Richmond BC. Keep up the good work 😁 More

Columbia Chrysler was recommended by a friend, and the overall experience did not disappoint. From the Justin Gebara the GM, to Michael Chow the sales associate, to Ryan the finance guy, it was as least stressful as any major purchase can be. Most importantly they had a 2018 demo model with less than 10k km that was very rare to find, but was exactly what I was looking for! First rate operation and will recommend to any family or friend in the market for a new car!! More

Love my Pacifica! I was very pleased with the service I received from David Wu who was most helpful and professional. There was no pressure selling. Instead he asked me what I "must have" in a vehicle and they searched where they could get that vehicle with the options I wanted. Then he patiently showed me all the features of my new van. I am physically disabled and the Pacifica had special options I needed to learn to use. So he drove me around and showed me how to use the auto park features, etc. I would have given the dealership a 5 star rating except I had an unpleasant experience with the finance advisor assigned to me that almost made me not push through with the deal. More
