Poor Service Centre care My HVAC on a dodge has been having issues for the past 2 years, I replaced the unit and the lights still persisted on and off. There is an electrical My HVAC on a dodge has been having issues for the past 2 years, I replaced the unit and the lights still persisted on and off. There is an electrical issue with this vehicle and the dealership mechanics do not know how to fix it. I have taken this repeatedly to and even talked to the Service Manager Rob Lo. Same excuse every time that they need to "replace" the HVAC which has already been replaced once. completely frustrated. I don't think the Service department is being managed well by Rob. He should be reviewing all work orders to ensure the correctness of work and customer satisfaction like other dealerships. Today Sept 10 I visited the dealership and handed in the Van for another look and to fix my Horn issue - but the result was the same. No repairs are done to HVAC, work not checked properly, supervised and ensured for the correctness of repair. Dodge does not make Vans and trucks that are not repairable. Such BS. I got the Van it was not vacuumed or cleaned. This is a common occurrence again no attention to detail of service. When I took the van into the bay a parts delivery vendor started cursing me and threatening to beat me up! Lol. I was just taking the Van to the vacuum bay he was behind and started calling me names and giving me bad words for not being patient, not sure why. Then a Columbia Dodge employee intervened in our exchange and started threatening me. The service manager Rob came out with another employee who was also yelling at me and when I explained the situation he just stood there. He didn't take any action. Not even a friendly gesture of support or regret at his employees yelling at me. I then spoke to the Sales Manager Brad and his colleague who was more sympathetic. The sales team is good here but Service needs considerable improvements in workmanship, service attitude and customer satisfaction - including a change in staff and young advisors. Change is needed at this dealership if they are to retain customers. I suspect they don't give a toss though! Thank you. More

Did the financing with JP Velasco and he was also a pleasure to work with. Worked within my budget to give me what I needed.
