VERY slow service Waited 2.25 hours to get a key made and programmed. I made an appointment for 1030am and got out at 1245pm after paying $162.00. Others who arrived AFTER me were in and gone as I waited and waited. When I finally asked about the wait I was told they were very busy... Could not recommend unless someone is desperate for service. Everyone who was finished before me was also told they needed more than what they were scheduled for in terms of service. HMMMM... More

Worth Less I HAD A APPT AT 1000HRS ON FRIDAY 18th August with pick-up at 1600hrs. On reporting to service department at 1530hrs noticed my car in the parking lot I HAD A APPT AT 1000HRS ON FRIDAY 18th August with pick-up at 1600hrs. On reporting to service department at 1530hrs noticed my car in the parking lot asked the clerk for my keys thinking my car was ready to leave He stated my car was not even in the working bay after 6hrs. I asked him for my keys. This Clerk offended me a free oil change on my next visit. I said no and stated they had wasted enough of my time after 6 and half hours and and my car was not serviced . When I checked in I signed a Contract for 288.00 dollars For B1 service. If I did not show up when i did the car would be serviced for that half hour and I would be out of pocket for 288.00 dollars.I have been dealing with Honda since 1988 I have been let down by Honda. Then again this Dealer service Department is ripping Clients off. I will talk Media to look into this.This is poor service.Ex Honda Buyer. Gary More

I know cars, have a technical background and they are capable of talking to you on your level, whether you understand cars or not. The prices are phenomenal, although I would like to see a larger tire selection, as well as tire storage. A great dealership that is going to keep me returning for Honda service. More

Worthless appointment Made an appointment for 10 AM to have brakes inspected. Customer "service" agent said that priority was based on pick up time, and when I asked him if my car would go in today, he was unable to answer. I suspected that my car would languish overnight, and I took my business elsewhere. If you insist on going to Colonial Honda for service, either physically wait at the dealership, or return in an hour. Otherwise, a simple INSPECTION of a vital system may take an entire business day, or perhaps longer. More
Totally inhospitable tone Service advisors talk in an arrogant tone. They make you feel you know nothing about cars and that "they" are the experts and have the authority to sa Service advisors talk in an arrogant tone. When I went for service appointment today, the service person spoke in a very arrogant voice. I have experienced similar treatment from this dealership in the past as well. They have a chronic problem in customer relations and Honda Canada should take a serious note of it. More
