Worthless appointment Made an appointment for 10 AM to have brakes inspected. Customer "service" agent said that priority was based on pick up time, and when I asked him if my car would go in today, he was unable to answer. I suspected that my car would languish overnight, and I took my business elsewhere. If you insist on going to Colonial Honda for service, either physically wait at the dealership, or return in an hour. Otherwise, a simple INSPECTION of a vital system may take an entire business day, or perhaps longer. More

When I went for service appointment today, the service person spoke in a very arrogant voice. I have experienced similar treatment from this dealership in the past as well. They have a chronic problem in customer relations and Honda Canada should take a serious note of it. More
