Service Sucks!!! My car has been in 5 times with the exact same issue. At first I'm told it's under warranty (have 54K) they have the car for a week replace some part My car has been in 5 times with the exact same issue. At first I'm told it's under warranty (have 54K) they have the car for a week replace some parts I come pick it up and notice before I even leave the parking lot the exact same issue. Go back in leave the car for the night again get a call the next morning from Lance and now I have to pay for brake service (I had a hard knocking noise in the rear) I agree to pay the $300 pick it up that night... same noise. It's since been back 3 more times and they have not been able to correct it so I decided to take it to Barrie where they had the issue fixed in one day (required new shock in rear under warranty) NEVER will my car go back to this dealership nor will I consider them when purchasing a new vehicle!!! More
