Their Service department is terrible. 2023 Hyundia Tuscon Hybrid purchased new at another dealer because the wait time for a new one was 16months according to the salesman. Never had a problem with the dealer I purchased from but it was a rather lengthy trip for service (oil) etc. but made the trip because I was not happy with the Collingwood service Department. While making a trip home, all the error lights came on the front screen AT LEAST 20, AND then the emergency brake light came on when I parked the vehicle so I called the nearest service department,(Collingwood) and was told that they could not even consider taking this vehicle in for repair (down a Tech) and when I talked to the General Manager(Collingwood) I was told to take it back to "where you bought it " (We don't have time) then he suggested that I take it to another "newer" dealer because they might not be as busy !! Well, I called my dealer in Owen Sound, told them about the issue and the treatment in Collingwood and they called CAA had the Vehicle on a Flat bed for delivery to them and then supplied another vehicle to be used until they can find the error issue and repair mine. STAY AWAY from this DEALERSHIP in Collingwood. Nobody needs these attitudes and the problems they create for purchasers More

This dealership listed a used Prius Prime at $10,000 more than the MSRP for a new Prime but actually $15,000 over because unlike the new Prime, it is not eligible for the federal $5,000 rebate. When I called to enquire, the person I spoke to, Dalton, informed me that there is a huge backlog for new Primes so they are offering this for people who are in a hurry. There’s another word for this — price gouging. Then he told me that they are in a hurry to get this off the lot so he’d ask his manager if he can reduce the price. He later contacted me by telling me that he spoke to his manager who told him he would let it go at his “cost,” which was $50,850 including all fees and taxes. This is still about $9,000 more than a new Prime after the rebate. This left me with one question. Who was lying? Dalton or his manager or both. Given my experience with car salespeople, I find it hard to believe that Dalton was being truthful but I have no evidence to back up my suspicions so I’ll assume it’s his manager that is a sleazebag. Stay far away from this dealer if you don’t want to get gouged! More

This dealership charges by the package not a per hour rate. When you get your brake inspection it will include charges for disassembly...now all the parts are removed and laid bare. If they find the caliper sliders need lubrication you get charged for disassembly again. If they find your rotors need grinding you get charged for disassembly again. If they find your caliper slider boot needs replacing you get charged for disassembly again. I got charged almost $800 to lube the caliper sliders and turn the rear rotors which is at most a $150 job. Shame on this dealership. I think the cars are OK but service horrible. If you go in for parts half the personal are sleeping or not there. Do not waste your time with Collingwood Hyundai. More

Had a bad experience with the service department just over 2 years ago. I have not been back since. I have unsubscribed from all communications from them and asked them to stop calling. Don’t use this dealer- they are complete crooks. Sales staff bickered in front of clients. My deal was told one price then given another at pick up that was not disclosed by salesgirl.
