Over billed Got a quote for repair. Once the repairs were done the bill was 400 dollars more because service could not figure out what diff oil to use. Took them Got a quote for repair. Once the repairs were done the bill was 400 dollars more because service could not figure out what diff oil to use. Took them 5 days to get the proper oil. They gave us a loaner after we complained about the repair times. Once we got the bill we basically paid for the loaner in “ diagnose fees” A ford dealer should know what oil a ford product uses and keep it stocked at there shop. There’s a reason why I take my ford vehicle to ford for repairs. They let me down this time. More
