Actually bought the truck over the phone without looking at it, when we got there everything was as promised, no surprises. Mark made sure everything was perfect, even had the truck delivered to the Farm, didn't have to bother anyone for a ride. Was there about a month ago for warranty work, once again everything was taken care of in a professional courteous manner. Actually, with Walter’s help, we ordered another vehicle while they were working on the truck. They even washed and backed the vehicle into the parking space for pick up. In all my years farming, Cold Lake Ford is the best place I have ever done business. More

She searched inventories and found the truck that met every one of my wants and needs except for a tonneau cover, which she promptly ordered in for installation. Disappointed I had a early morning service appointment. I was quoted 1.5 to complete the service and install a part at another dealership.
