No big city, shmooozing sales people, just honest My wife and I decided to purchase a used vehicle from this dealer, simply because of our sale person. We had thought the we would go to the city(Edmonton) and find a better deal, all we found were slime ball sales people who were more interested in "THE DEAL", most barely knew their product(limited) and had a hard time to answer any type of a mechanical question. Not all sales people are slime xxxxx, but the ones we worked with were. And then there was the trade in factor, how can one dealer offer one price, and another offer literally 100% less, what I mean is, for example use only, dealer 1 offered 10,000 in trade, dealer 2 offered 5000. Can you say crooked as a dogs hind leg. We are very happy with the overall vehicle that we purchased from Cold Lake FORD. And they have offered to give us a better deal on winter tires than the norm. Don't be scared to give them a call, they would love to fulfill your vehicular needs and give you a small town honest handshake. Thats what we got. More
