Everyone at Coastal Ford were so friendly and so kind. The financial advisory was excellent and very kind. My mother had passed way a few weeks before I went looking for my new car and they were all so understanding. When I went to pick my car up my sales representative introduced me to the service team so I would know who to speak to when I went in for service fro my car. They were also nice and explained to me what to expect. They advised me about their shuttle service if I needed to use that while my car was being serviced. I have bought a few cars and I must say that this dealership has been the nicest and kindest of them all. As I said to them, they didn't act like they were used car salespeople! I went to another dealership for a test drive the same day as I went to Coastal and there was no comparison. The other dealership didn't give service! When I was looking for a car I wasn't really looking at a Ford but the way I was treated by the my sales representative and the team, I was sold! I cannot say enough about the way I was treated by my sales representative and the whole team at Coastal Ford. I tell everybody to go to Coastal if they are looking for a new car. More

Maintenance service plan- Disappointing service I purchased my vehicle from Coastal last year and wasn't impressed with the original salesman, however the manager stepped in and made the sale worth I purchased my vehicle from Coastal last year and wasn't impressed with the original salesman, however the manager stepped in and made the sale worth my while by adding a detailing package and an additional discount. I purchased the maintenance service plan to avoid any issues or large expenses in the future as this was my first Ford vehicle (Chevy proud) and I am skeptical and Leary of poor reviews. The initial service date I was not contacted by Coastal's service department rather I followed up with it on my own with another dealership closer to my home, which provided a courtesy car and left my vehicle in meticulous condition after its servicing.. I decided to honor the dealership on my second vehicle service, they did not provide a courtesy vehicle which is a major inconvenience as I live a distance away from them (but will provide a rental vehicle??) The only pro of the service was that it was done within a 2 hour service time, they failed to complete the suggested servicing, and could not be bothered to wipe off grease stains on the front hood, nor provide any complimentary refresh services. I will not be back in the future, as I appreciate the gratitude the other dealership provided by having the maintenance done with them. More
