On Monday when I told them they lied that vehicle was a lease return( was a loaner), the roof leaked, and electric start didn't work and that I was going to keep my leased truck they informed me they sold my truck and I had to buy the jeep now. I did not authorize a transfer or a cancelation of my truck insurance and had not signed any sales agreement. After demanding my truck back they gave it 2 days later with scratches on the side fender and my windshield washer doesn't work???. I also lost my ability to have replacement coverage. No apologies given. Was a brutal experience there for the 2nd time. This squeaky will is not going away that easily. Beware of this shady place! More

Con artists This dealership is out to get you for as much as they can. We went to them after having dealt with them in the past successfully. You would think that they would appreciate returning customers. We were looking to trade in our truck for a SUV. After trying to sell us a new 2014 out of our price range they told us they would keep a look out for a used one and call us. A couple of days later they called and said they just got a trade in that would work. We went to the dealership as soon as we could and found they were test driving the vehicle to someone else who ended up buying it! As the sales manager said "they dropped the ball on this one" they offered to go to auction and pick out two vehicles in the same class and price range of the one we had come to see. Well when they finally called to say that vehicle was in it and we went down to test drive it, it was $9000 more than the other one.... No big deal.... I spoke to the sales manager and expressed my disappointment in how they have treated us and he said their was nothing he could do that that vehicle was the only one he could find. He was very rude and not interested in customer retention at all. I would never deal with this dealer again. We have now started looking at other dealerships who are actually listening to what we want and are already seeing better results. Stay away unless you want to pay more and buy something you probably didn't want in the first place! More

They almost got me :) I Went in to get a new Mustang.. Agreed on a price with the sales manager..then when I went in to the business office to complete finances, there were I Went in to get a new Mustang.. I went back to the business office and this time, there was $1300 difference.. I went back to the manager said "is this a joke" he said "its just how it is, if you want the car". Manager was very friendly first but he got pretty rude after.. I walked out I sent them a few emails to complain but I did not hear anything back from them. I would not deal with them ever again. I complained to Ford Corp, but they told me that Coastal Ford is privately owned and operated so Ford corp can not involve in any disputes. My advise, make sure you ready EVERYTHING before you sign :) I went to Brown Bros Ford on Marine drive after and got super good deal for the same car. Brown Bros gave me $800 more for my trade than Coastal Ford, so in a way, I am glad it didnot work out at Coastal Ford. More
