Great sales experience I have been a customer of Coastal Ford for quite a while now. I purchased my last f150 from them nearly 10 years ago. As it happens, I had to replace it with a newer more reliable model. I decided to go with Ford again as the service the dealer had provided was superb throughout my time dealing with them. My salesman Hash was fantastic and provided me a myriad of options and made the deal too good to walk away from. I would definitely give them my business again. More

Unaccountable and Inconsiderate Service Booked my servicing appointment a week in advance for 74k service and a wash and vacuum. Told it would be a 4-4.5 hour session and I agreed. Took the car in and waited the 5 hours and service guys tells me the couldn't get the wash done due to the company that they use had some guy call in sick. No apology, no accountability. Half the job was not done and still took 5 hours to complete. I DEALT with Coastal Ford and they did not even give me a solution but kept blaming the vendor they used. Waste of my time and no service etiquette whatsoever. More
