On agreement is stated 5800$ car damage disclosed by sales person" left fender and headlight". Before purchasing I asked for full car history. Surprisingly, the car had structural damage and was up for action. We called the deal off, and lost 1000$ deposit. A learning message for everyone to PLEASE read fully the car history report before making any decision and learn from this unfortunate experience. Their sales persons are trained to DISCLOSE only if you ask. I hope 1000$ lost in 24 hours would benefit other clients. Thank you for reading. More

He told he's one of the best and that he would break his back to help you find the car you wanted within your budget,he helped him find his car etc...When I saw him he looked at me funny and asked how I know him.I explained that a gentleman told me to see him for what I was looking for.So he basically told me that have nothing but he hesitated and I got a weird vibe from him.He clearly didn't want to help me so I left.The next day i came back with my husband and we saw someone else and found out that there were a few cars around our budget.Why did Taige lie to me?? very unprofessional!! The other gentlemen who helped us was very pushy and kept showing us the most expensive cars and disregarded our budget.. Terrible service we will never go back!!! More

They booked an appointment for me to inspect my car. I came in punctually and they had no idea why I was there. There was no information in their "system" and the guy - Brendan could not help me whatsoever. He said there's nothing he could do and failed to get up off his seat and investigate. He called Honda America and told me I had 2 recalls and that we would have to wait for them to send us informatio which would take another few days. Then another 1-2 weeks for parts. I told him we have already done all this work 2 weeks ago and it does not make sense. Also that there were 3 recalls to fix - not 2. Then we get into an argument about how many recalls there are. He then asks me to prove it! So I show him on my phone and he says that it's a recommendation only. I tell him to call Hona America back to confirm and he says I'll put it on speaker. The lady indicates there are 3 recalls!! Then I tell him to ask people do some investigating and he's sitting there arguing with me. Saying we can't inspect the car without the info from Honda America. After much arguing he calls the parts area to see anything. He then tells me there's nothing and again nothing he can do or inspect without the information. I ask him for the manager. He talks to the manager on the phone and puts it down. He then tells me they will inspect your car which would take about an hour. I ask him how can they inspect it if they don't have the information??! It's because they did the entire time and that place doesn't have a proper system nor communication, nor customer service. He had such an ego to not even apologize or address it. I talk to the manager and tell him the situation. He apologizes and tells me he will talk to Brendan after. But he avoids the topic and addressing it. I tell him Brendan said it will take another hour - my appointment was at 6:15 and 30 min has already been wasted trying to figure out why I'm there. He says it'll only take 10 minutes. Avoid them. It's a gong show there. I've gotten into 3 arguments with 3 different people. Look at all the other reviews this place sucks. More

I contacted customer service twice to find out when the next clinic would take place and no response, or they couldn't say when the next clinic would be and "we'll contact you". Six months later and I'm still waiting. I was looking forward to that clinic. More

He was friendly and helpful - answered all our questions and let both hubby and I do test drives. Tej was upfront about what he was able to do for us on pricing. We left to view more vehicles elsewhere as his was our first. The next day we called to check in and Tej had researched all the things we asked him. He gave us a reasonable discount off the already reasonable asking price right over the phone with no haggling. This was a great vehicle, clean and in good repair. Ultimately we decided to purchase a different one as this was the base model and we chose one with more options. However, Tej gave us a positive car-shopping experience and we wanted to give him a nod - this review was not solicited. Ask for Tej! More

Dishonesty used to close a deal I agreed to lease a 2015 Civic from Classic Honda in December. I notified them that I wanted sirius satellite radio and GPS. They offered add on cons I agreed to lease a 2015 Civic from Classic Honda in December. I notified them that I wanted sirius satellite radio and GPS. They offered add on consoles for my dash and when I refused because it would look bad they said they would install an aftermarket system which would include the sirius and GPS. They also added in alloy wheels at their own offering, which I agreed. When I went out pick up the car the alloy wheels were aftermarket as well ( this was not mentioned, we figured we would get honda wheels) plus they looked terrible. The in dash system looked like it was from 10 years ago and didn't work. They could not get my ipod to work and when I said we should try plugging it into the car the sales person said they disabled it as it would conflict with the GPS. I tried using my voice commands and he said those are also disabled because of the GPS. None of this was told to me when I agreed to the installation. I got very upset and complained about the car and asked to speak to a manager, i was told it was Saturday and they were busy. Finally someone came out and my husband and I ask them to take the car back, it looked terrible and didn't work and they refused. So we asked them to take everything out, GPS system and wheels. If we were going to be stuck with the car we didn't want something that half worked and looked like garbage. I called the gm at classic honda and told him the situation, he said that knew abut the ipod not working before I picked up and never told me. He said he was planning on calling me three days after I picked up to come back and get it repaired, and that if he had come out while we were complaining about the system that he would of told us to leave and that he is not doing anything to the car. when we picked up the car that night we told the sales guy again this is not the car we wanted. We wanted satellite and GPS and we are getting none of that. He continued to say this is the car you want, he said it so much that my husband got irate and starting yelling the it is not the car we want. Just as proof of their lack of ethics I realized that I still had the GPS manual that the sales guy gave me and looked it up online. It was a system from 4 years ago. I have contacted ontario motor vehicles and filed a complaint with the BBB. The dealership responded to my BBB complaint and would not address the fact of the GPS being old or the system not working, they would only talk abut how their feelings were hurt because my husband was yelling. They offered me a 250 parts credit but made note that it was only being offered because they wanted to protect their rating, not because they are in the wrong. It is too late for me to fix this situation but I am hoping that I will prevent someone else from getting into the same situation. This is a very dishonest company. Please steer clear. More
Very rude. The salesperson will do anything to get you in the dealership and then lies, lies and lies. Do not trust anybody over here. The worst experience buying a car ever. They misled me through the process and forced me into buying addons that I did not need. When I complained to the Sales Manager, He said it was my fault that I didn through the process and forced me into buying addons that I did not need. This is after buying a new car from them and recommending them to others. Stay away from these guys. There too many delaerhships out there that really want your business. More
I avoid going to this dealership whenever possible because of the regularly poor service.
