He was not pushy or aggressive. He answered all my questions in a manner that was understandable. He has an amazing energy about him and is very good at what he does. The worst experience ever in the 28 years of my life I went to buy a used Honda Accord for CAD 10,750 and had a Co-signor and though the deliver was delayed for almost a month, I kept my cool and went fo I went to buy a used Honda Accord for CAD 10,750 and had a Co-signor and though the deliver was delayed for almost a month, I kept my cool and went for the delivery. The day of delivery, my co-signor was presented the papers to sign and the paperwork revealed something entirely different. The paperwork showed my co-signor as the primary buyer and me as the co-buyer. Another interesting fact seen on paper was the raised price of vehicle from the originally CAD 10,750 to CAD 11,754. No guys, it wasn't a miracle, it was just a clear case of cheating. The sales man I dealt with was Sunil Pillai and the Business concerned Manager's name was Steve Vallier. Another interesting development amidst all this was the case of missing plates. The vehicle was registered in my name with my existing plates, but they misplaced my plates and they lost it. They have no idea as to where they lost it. Now a sane person in their right mind would never buy their car again from these guys and like any other sane person, I told I don't need a car from you guys and they disagreed to pay me back the CAD 500 that I had deposited and told me I had to pay CAD 950 extra to them as damages. Now, that ticked me off and I have referred my case to a lawyer as of now. When I talked to Mr. Steve "Nice Guy" Vallier, he told me "Buddy don't get emotional, its just business". Well I am not surprised on why they do so well in spite of so many bad reviews because, all they do is cheat people. I am also planning on letting people out there know about this through a letter to the editor in Toronto Star. Anyone wanting to see the proof, I can give you the proof. I have them all as pictures. The relevant documents. I will try posting on the result once the process is completed. Advise to anyone planning to buy a car, "DONT EVER CONSIDER CLASSIC HONDA, THEY WILL CHEAT YOU UNLESS YOU ARE BUYING A NEW CAR" More

After I made an appointment over the phone 4 days before when I arrived I left my keys with the guy at the door for oil change The worst service ever. After I made an appointment over the phone 4 days before when I arrived I left my keys with the guy at the door for oil change and he just told me to wait inside. When I asked after 1 hour they didn't touched my car saying that I should have talk with the half of technicians there before somebody start working on my car. Somebody with name Kyle Asse lied by saying my car will be ready in 30 min and when I went after 1 hour they confused my car with another one and he wanted me to sign for somebody else car and paying for it too. This guy kyle assured me that my car was washed as an extra service for my waiting but when I received it it wasn't. For 30 minute promise I ended up in 2 hour and a half waiting. More

BEWARE,This the worst dealer ever, very dishonest, I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima 3 months ago, the car did not appear to have any problems when I bought it, after 5 days of driving, I could tell that transmission was acting weird, I took the car to the dealer and told them that I was not happy with the car, the manager named Steve, right away show my that he did not care about my problem and did not take responsibility of the problem, he suggested me to leave the car and they would take it to a Nissan dealer across the street, I left the car almost a week, they could not find anything wrong with the car, I kept driving the car and still was the same, jerking when I was @ 40 km per hour, I decided to take the car on my own to a Nissan dealer close to where I live, right away they detected the problem, Transmission failure, they told me that they will have to replace it, I was lucky that car was still under warranty, so imaging paying $20,000 for a car that you think is in perfect condition, with a big dealer name and after you signed the contract, they ignore you completely and you ended up owing to the Bank and stuck with a car with transmission problems, the options they offer you is NOT to help the customer is more to their convenience, DO NOT TRUST THEM, DO NOT BUY if you don't want to ended up like me a VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. I called a few days ago and asked for a B14 quote and told them I only want the "4" service, which is basically timing belt, water pump and spark plug change; spoke to Lisa and was quoted around 1000, asked her if she can give me a better deal and she responded that she will give me $150 discount if I go with Benny (Service advisor). Appointment day came and I sat down with Benny, surprise surprise, can't it to me for 850, not even 1000, he wanted 1200, and even have the guts and try to convince me to defer the spark plug service to meet my 1000 budget. He told me Lisa made a mistake, yeah right, I was given a ride, big mistake on my side. Never again Classic Honda Brampton, you've wasted my time and now I'll make sure you don't do the same to others. I'll post my experience with several sites and ensure potential customer are warned. Surprisingly, the car had structural damage and was up for action. We called the deal off, and lost 1000$ deposit. A learning message for everyone to PLEASE read fully the car history report before making any decision and learn from this unfortunate experience. Their sales persons are trained to DISCLOSE only if you ask. I hope 1000$ lost in 24 hours would benefit other clients. Thank you for reading. More
