I called the salesman Balli and he advised to bring back to service to check, Next day the service said, I had a broken struts, for a brand new 43K car!!!! I escalate to replace my car with no luck, even honda canada, they are helpless. My advise, don't buy from this dealer More

Unfair and unjustified prices So we went to buy a civic today. We got exception service from Gary Singh at the entrance. He claimed his service is 100% honest and fair. So we selected a 2014 Civic EX. Went for a test drive, found some problems with it but that was expected as the car had just come off lease two days ago. He noted all the problems in the car. While in the car, we found out the car has not been included in the inventory yet and he doesn't know the price. That was up to the manager. The car was at 80000km. This is the important part. We come back to the dealership and find out that the price of this car is $17,000. Which was really weird to me as their stock showed they sold a 2014 civic ex with 45,000km for $17,900. That doesn't make sense. And Gary couldn't justify the pricing of this car even though I showed him ads of other civics with around 80,000km going for 14,500. He told us to go buy from there. Ridiculous unfair pricing at this dealership. Avoid unless you're clueless about what you need. More

I recently bought a Honda Accord from them and my overall experience was amazing. The salesman, Balvinder(Balli) understood our needs and gave us the right advise all along the process. I initially walked into the dealership looking for some another car but he convinced us to get a car that matched our needs. I would HIGHLY recommend the dealership and Balli to purchase a car. Pushing to get sale, Ignored what I asked for. I went to check honda civic 2016 price. I was referred to David from the reception. He gave me some info and right away advised me to get it on lease. I said I want to reconsider a used car for myself and he simply ignored the fact and said used car will give me trouble and new one wont. He also asked to start a credit application for car loan from honda. I might consider honda but not from this dealer. More
