BE WARE OF THE SCAM OF CLASSIC HONDA IN BRAMPTON Balli Lall First car to ever purchased and classic Honda was the first dealer I went to. Balli Lall was the sale man, he said he will gave me the best deal and m First car to ever purchased and classic Honda was the first dealer I went to. Balli Lall was the sale man, he said he will gave me the best deal and match any offer.. I showed him I have my work discount which would have been $1500. He said he will give me all discount and employee incentives, and also I requested for the tinted windows and all season mats. Which he said he would give. I told him is my first dealer and I want to shop around, he made me feel trapped and threatened if I don’t make a deal with him. My intention was to buyout my car but he got me into leasing. I felt I was forced by balli into this deal. I believed and trusted him that he would applied all my discount. Finance manager get me into buying extended warranty and leasegard. balli DID NOT apply my discount. When I went in to speak to a manager none of them cares to speak to me.. cause the deal was done and signed they don’t care. I even try to call Balli and message him but no reply. I ended up calling Honda Canada and complain. The following day I went back to the dealer to speak to the general manager the receptionist told me I need an appointment and that he’s in meeting all day. I said I won’t leave till I see him, so all of a sudden he became available. I told him of my experience with Balli and even told him that balli said he will give me my discount but he didn’t. The general manager show no remorse and said there is no such discount even though I show him my work discount. he even tried to get me to keep my extended warranty saying as a brother or father he telling to Keep it, but he did not care to save me money by giving me my discount. I even give those discount to family and friends they went to family Honda and discount was applied. Bottle line I would never recommend classic Honda to anyone. With my experience I don’t even care to even have a Honda car. That’s how unhappy I am. Stay away from BallI LALL he’s a scammer not to be trusted. Finance Canada was able to revised my contract by removing the lease guard and extended warranty. Where as classic Honda said they can’t cause the deal is done! More

Very good experience buying a vehicle We bought an Odyssey few year back from Balli Lall and based on the experience we went back to him when my not-even 6 year old car was rear ended and We bought an Odyssey few year back from Balli Lall and based on the experience we went back to him when my not-even 6 year old car was rear ended and written off. Went to Balli on last Thursday night and drove out a very nice CR V within 24 hours on Friday, which I never thought possible. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and easy to deal with. His motto is "If you are happy then I am happy." I wish I could have gone there earlier (but we were deciding on the vehicle and the model during that time). I will certainly go with Balli Lall in the future too and recommend him whole heartedly. Thank you Balli bai, it's pleasure doing business with you. More
Service department I dropped my car for oil service at 11am with appointment which I booked two days before. My car was out at 2pm. This is crazy and this is the third time happens in row. I’m switching to Midas or any other place to get oil change. When I asked the staff the always say we are busy. If you are busy then don’t schedule too many at the same time. We have work and other appointment and basically they wasted my day completely. I don’t recommend these guys at all unless you planning to sit and wait for half a day at the dealship. More

I have taken brand new car on lease last year and he misguided me for few things. Even he promised for 1st Car service for free but I did not get that too. Even he spoke in high tone in front of service centre staff. I really felt bad with his service. This person acts so sweet at the time of lease transfer and after that he behaves and talks very roughly on the phone all the time. Today I left my lease from honda and never going to take lease again from this place ever in the future. I am a genuine client and I regret to have association with classic honda. More

Scam artists! One of the worst dealership experiences of my life. Wasted my time and tried to rip me off. Was in fixing my key fob and saw the new Honda Civic Type One of the worst dealership experiences of my life. Wasted my time and tried to rip me off. Was in fixing my key fob and saw the new Honda Civic Type R in the showroom. Asked the salesman how long to get one? He said I can get you one Monday if you buy today. So I said OK. He then told he he wasn’t sure but he would let me know by Monday. I drive away and about 10 mins later he called me and said to come back he could get me the car. I then come back he puts the deal in front of me to buy the car. I was completely willing to pay full price. I own 2 Honda’s already so I would be entitled to get the 1% loyalty discount. Not a big deal if I didn’t get that but he said that was fine. Then the scam starts. I noticed on the piece of paper he wanted to add extended warranty and rust proofing for a total of almost $3000 more. I told him those things are unecessary on new cars. He was pushing me to take them. I’ve bought Honda’s and never had a problem so I declined. He then said if you don’t take them you can’t have the car. That is complete garbage and I’m pretty sure it’s illegal. This is my 1st online review of bad customer service and I will also be contacting Honda directly about this matter. Sales persons name was Balinder or he goes by Bali. Just so everyone knows. I’m guessing him and his sales manager pull this stuff to try and make more money on people desperate to get a very rare car. If that dealership thinks I’m going away from this I definitely won’t be. I have a huge social media presence and everyone is gonna know. More
