They are doinf frod with me I am dissatisfied by Classic Honda. They are doing fraud to me. I went to buy a Honda Civic but they convinced me to lease it because they threat I am dissatisfied by Classic Honda. They are doing fraud to me. As I am new Comer to Canada, I don't know how it works and I trusted them. I have paid $1000 as hold money to get my lease application approval but never finalized the deal for bi-weekly payments. They made some papers and asked me to sign it as it was closing time of dealership they didn't explain well. Next day, I went to discuss about car deal but Finance guy (Ray) didn't come, so I went next day again and then I found that Jordon and Ray both have changed their color. Now they are being so rude to me and not giving me Car as well as my money back. I want my money back as I am not buying Honda. More

New Car purchase - Positive experience I walked into Classic Honda dealership and was immediately greeted by AnneMarie with a smile and great attitude. I felt this was already a positive si I walked into Classic Honda dealership and was immediately greeted by AnneMarie with a smile and great attitude. I felt this was already a positive sign as I had been there some time before and there were three salesmen sitting around in the back of a SIV. None offered assistance although my son and I tried to get information about the vehicles. My experience with AnneMarie was such a difference. She was extremely polite; answered all our questions and even offered suggestions. When I went the following day to pick up the new car, she made sure to point out all the important features and ensured that I was comfortable and familiar to drive it away. This was definitely an excellent experience compared t o my first visit and would definitely recommend AnneMarie to anyone looking to buy a new Honda. Customer Service I have been promised to replace the Air bag inflator within 2- 3 hours of time. But they took more than 5 hours and sent me the shuttle service evenin I have been promised to replace the Air bag inflator within 2- 3 hours of time. But they took more than 5 hours and sent me the shuttle service evening 5.00 PM to pick me up ( drop the vehicle 10.00 am ). !!!!!The worst part!!!!! I was waiting at the service section in front of Mr. Brandon for more than one hour. He didn't bother to ask any details. He said I'm BC, give me more time(rude way). Only two agent were working. There was no sign to indicate the section where customers can pick up the vehicle. Then finally I approached Mr.Brandon and asked why do I have to wait more than one hour to pick up the vehicle ? then only he said "go to the other section" No one apologize. No one bother about anything! More

You can get a new Honda for better price than a used Walked in, interested in 2017 Honda Civic with about 20K. Salesman offered 23.5K all in.
