Great experience! My fiancée and I were looking to get a new car. We had gone to a few other dealers (different brands) and were slightly annoyed by the fact that it to My fiancée and I were looking to get a new car. We had gone to a few other dealers (different brands) and were slightly annoyed by the fact that it took so long to get to a test drive and with the added sales pressure. On top of that, the previous night, we had been at a dealership for over two hours (it took about 40 minutes before we got to test drive the car). Therefore, we were expecting a similar experience. We arrived at the Civic Motors, entered the showroom, had a quick look around and Fred greeted us. With him, we didn't feel the same type of sales pressure. I had already looked into the car we were looking to get: 2014 Civic Touring, the lady wants leather. We mentioned this to him and he pointed it out to us. We sat in it, saw how it was, compared it with what we had already seen. Within 10 minutes of arriving, Fred asks if we want to go for a test drive. We graciously accepted, naturally. We then went on the test drive: I drove first and my fiancée drove back. Fred was a passive passenger and pointed out some features of the car along the way but not imposing in any way. It was a good drive of about 15-20 minutes. After it was over, there was no sales pressure. We just casually talked prices. Being a member of the Automobile Protection Association (APA), I mentioned that I could get a specific price (a little above the invoice price). Fred checked it out and told us that he could match it and, in the end, he managed to beat it. So, we were convinced then and there. We were done after filling out the paperwork which Maurice Bégin finished with us. This process was quick and painless, as well. Everything was explained thoroughly and we felt that with every decision we needed to take, we were well informed. On our pick-up date, the process was quick and easy. We couldn't be any more satisfied with our choice and are very pleased with the result. If you are looking for a good experience, I highly recommend speaking with Fred and Maurice. More
I looked elsewhere, but came back to Civic Motors , and boy am I glad I did. I just recently purchased a New Honda Accord at Civic Motors to replace my old Honda Civic. My wife and I were very pleased with the Civic for all the years we had it, and when time came to replace it, I had gone looking to other Honda dealers in the city, but decided to come back to Civic Motors on where I had most of my servicing done on the old car and where they treated me well. They had the car that I wanted,and even with asking ( short notice) for a few accessories to be installed before pickup, everything was ready on time. Peter Kelly was very easy to deal with and he answered all of my questions, and let me know what my options where as I was unsure as to whether I should lease or purchase. He is very professional and we appreciated the time he took to spend with us to show us the features of the car. Michel Ratte explained the purchase agreement and the terms of financing very well and was also very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend to anyone I know who is looking for a Honda to go to Civic Motors. More

Our initial encounter with sales staff was with DJ Bhatnagar, who was knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with in pointing out the features of various CR-V models. Once we were sure we wanted to buy a CR-V and got serious about buying one we dealt with Peter Kelly. Peter has a style in dealing with customers that made our transaction extremely positive. He is calm, friendly and very professional in every sense of the word, and we never felt that we were being pushed into buying a vehicle. Peter's style in dealing with clients contributes to a very productive relationship that for us made the CR-V purchasing experience comfortable and satisfying. This is the first time that I have written to this site but I thought it to be important enough because the service technician at this dealership has always been consistent in his dealings with me over the but I thought it to be important enough because the service technician at this dealership has always been consistent in his dealings with me over the last 5 years. My recent experience involved a third party outside the dealership who was doing warranty related work on my vehicle (body paint). The individual working on my vehicle caused him to remove and to cut a rubber seal at the bottom of the back/tailgate window. This alteration created a border or a ledge where the body paint would be exposed to the elements and would more then likely cause rust to develop in time. Needless to say I was not happy with the situation and expressed my thoughts to my service technician (Bruce Scollon). As usual and with patience Bruce heard me out and informed me that Honda did not cover the alteration under this particular warranty fix. Nevertheless, Bruce agreed to talk to his boss and to Honda to see if they would agree in doing the repairs. Bruce got back to me within a day or so to let me know that the dealership had agreed to fix my vehicle and to loan me a car at no extra charge whatsoever. The repairs was extensive as they had to remove the tailgate window in order to replace all 4 rubber seals and to reinstall the window. I have to say that the repairs were done to my complete satisfaction. I want to thank the dealership and to Bruce for a job well done. Robert Blais More
Brand new CRV 2013 will not start. Had service performed in December. I let them know it was having problems starting. All they did was charge the battery. Two days ago had to boost the car again. Made an appointment this morning. CRV wouldn't start this morning even with the boost. The service department instructed me to call roadside assistance. There was a 3 hr wait to talk to someone 48hr wait for service. Called back dealership asked if I got it towed in by a third party would they cover the cost. They said they couldn't guarantee they would and I might have to go through Honda Canada for a reimbursement. Also told me I was too far to send someone to go and look at it. I live 25 minutes away. So the CRV I'm leasing is my problem. Wow glad I paid extra for that roadside assistance. And to top it off when my wife finally got the car going (thank you CAA) and took it in, they blamed us for the battery being dead. Made her sign a paper taking blame for the battery being dead without looking at if first. First reason was that we probably changed the starter and killed the battery. We haven't touched it only Civic Motors has performed service on this vehicle. Said reason battery was dead after 7 months was because we do not start the CRV every single day and we should start it everyday. Guess I cannot go on vacation without someone starting my CRV for me everyday so the battery doesn't die? Service representative was unsympathetic to the fact my wife had to boost the car yesterday in -25 weather with our 16 month old baby with her. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER their service is HORRIBLE. They make the extra effort to be difficult. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HONDA. NEVER. More
I have serviced my vehicles at Civic Motors for a number of years now. I continue to come back because they have become my trusted advisor. I am in the service industry myself and I respect someone that wil of years now. I continue to come back because they have become my trusted advisor. I am in the service industry myself and I respect someone that will tell me the truth and also has the knowledge to take care of my service needs. I have that at this dealership. Everytime I call, I get someone that is friendly. They can usually get me in when I want and are prompt at calling me when the vehicle is ready. I have always had my invoice explained thouroughly. I would recommend Civic Motors to anyone looking to service their vehicle. More
My car wouldn't turn(crank) when I tried to start, and called Civic Motors. They send a tow truck right away, and took the car in. Found out it was the starter that was not working on my 10 yrs old Ac and called Civic Motors. They send a tow truck right away, and took the car in. Found out it was the starter that was not working on my 10 yrs old Accord, and they changed the starter. I was impressed with the whole process... Would recommend them to anyone. More
