The Sales Manager, Mr. Chung Leung initially met with me, painstakingly reviewed all the features and options while never forcing the issue or applying pressure. The Business Manager, Mr. Maurice Begin, precise and discreet, effectively ‘drilled down’ to ensure I clearly understood the financial options and responsibilities inherent in this major purchase. The Sales Consultant, Mr. Joe Lui very courteously ensured that all systems were a ‘go’, that I was comfortable and familiarized with the vehicle, and that the paperwork and documentation were correct and completed on ‘delivery day’. Most recently, the Service Manager, Mr. Jason Lavergne dealt very competently and efficiently with my issue, directing that his staff respond with alacrity on that day to ensure my satisfaction. It is clear to me that this is a dealership whose different components (Sales, Finance, Service) work together in harmony and communicate closely with one another to achieve a common goal: a satisfied customer. Poor service once again Took our CRV in for a tire change, they called me and said that the cabin filter needed to be changed as well, I agreed. I picked up the vehicle after work and did not notice until the day after that the inside drivers side was visible soiled with dirt and grease along with some scuff marks from the technician who changed the filter. Their technician did not use protective mats and made a mess after I had cleaned the vehicle on the weekend. I emailed the service manager and attached some photos explaining that I did not appreciate the way my vehicle was left after service. I explained to him that this is the second time my vehicle has come back from the dealer filthy. The first time was a year before when the back was covered in grim after the technicians walked over the bags the used to cover the tires. I asked him if he would be happy to have his vehicle returned to him in that condition. 5 days later he replied: Thank you very much for taking the time to send this email with the attached photos. We have used your feedback as a coaching opportunity and have reviewed our policy regarding technician process. We apologize for the vehicle being left in the condition that it was and if you are still having trouble getting any of the marks out. I emailed him back stating I was still not satisfied with his response or with the service garage at Civic motors hoping he would agree to clean the vehicle which is what I wanted in the first place. He replied stating he did not understand what he could do. I wrote back stating I would appreciate having the dirt I could not remove out of the speaker, door and trunk would be nice, and seeing if I would be charged for the abrasions on to the door. He asked for my phone number which I gave to him. He never called but did state in an email he would be more than happy to clean the vehicle. He asked when I could leave him the vehicle with them. I gave him a time and day and HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE. That was over a month ago. Good job. They certainly are ENGINEERED TO BE EFFORTLESS, cause that's the response you get. More
