He was very forthright about what was good and no so good about our trade-in. He did not play games like so many sales people have done over the years. We made an offer, he countered, we had a deal. He then took us through the features of our new CRV in great detail. We walked out not only satisfied but very impressed with Said and Civic Motors. I only wish all car sales people possessed Said's personality, knowledge and customer service attributes. More

He was knowledgeable, professional, polite compared to other sales people I have dealt with in the past. He helped my find the vehicle I was looking for and secure the best deal possible. I was also helped by Kalil Dagher who is the General Manager. This gentleman is hilarious and a great guy overall but also very professional at the same time.
