I ask him m'y kees à left the place and the managers Nevers trie to settle this. I had consulted this website and looked up HONDA dealers in my area and this location had the best rating by far. When I arrived to the dealership, I was immediately helped by Josh. It wasn't aggressive either, he simply asked if I was being helped and then offered to answer any questions about any of the cars I was interested in. I had pretty well already decided on the Honda Civic and wanted to purchase that day. Josh was great.. he helped me get exactly what I want, as far as price was concerned and they had no problem throwing in a bunch of incentives on top of it. I'm not much of a haggler/negotiator, but I didn't really need to do that with Josh because he was so easy to give me what I want.. and I wanted a lot. I dealt with Michel for Financing and he was excellent as well. Very honest and forth coming about all the extra features that they try to sell you. Very personable guy. After purchasing my vehicle (2016 Honda Civic EX), they had the car ready early in the morning and walked me through the features of the car when I arrived to pick it up. Although it is my ONLY experience, it was a VERY pleasant one and I can say I will definitely be returning in the future! Thanks guys! More

Overall, a good dealership for servicing This is not your typical review/endorsement as I ended up taking our 3 cars business outside the Honda dealer network for scheduled and unplanned vehi This is not your typical review/endorsement as I ended up taking our 3 cars business outside the Honda dealer network for scheduled and unplanned vehicle maintenance ( independent shop ) . I have been to "them all" ( dealers ) and this dealership, no question about it, was/is the best one in Ottawa to deal with for service ( probably sales too ) issues and I can say this as a extremely high mileage ( 80,000 KMS a year on 3 cars ) owner who typically experiences more technical issues than most because of this with their cars ( plus bad luck, trust me ) . It has a "A" rating ( not all of them do, check ) from the B.B.B which means something plus I see their dealer rating ( just like I am endorsing them ) is excellent based on customers personal experiences and they overall deserve it. Why did I decide to give such a positive endorsement to a dealer I no longer take my cars to, because I want to be fair and help the people who probably will never come close to having as bad luck with cars ( despite looking after them ) as I have. My issue is more with Honda Canada and the quality of their cars not being as good as it used to be ( no question about that...engine issues on new 2016 already on some models that apply to certain serial numbers and had to be fixed or checked ) from my experience ( they are good still but not as good IMHO ) and due to a quality issue with our car that HONDA CANADA ( not the dealer ) would not deal with properly in our opinion, we decided to no longer have any of our cars serviced at one of their dealers out of principle ( and to switch brands next time ). That said, Civic motors is a very good dealership ( service dept ) to deal with, not perfect, but overall, very good. If Honda Canada had used their brains ( spend a tonne of money adversing to attract new ones but take good ones for granted too often ), we would still be taking our cars ( and $ ) to this dealership. You have to teach car makers a lesson when they take your good business for granted and think you have no other options ( brand and places to service your car aka GOOD independent shops ). Our issues were really more with Honda Canada than the dealership in the end. This is the only dealership that we no longer deal with that I felt deserved some positive feedback out of fairness and to help other people. As I get older, I really do not enjoy car ownership anymore and realize I need a car for my lifestyle ( necessary evil ) but hate the car industry with a few exceptions. Most dealers and Honda Canada have turned me off cars. More

However, our recent interaction with Said Nagamy of Civic Motors had to be one of the best ever. Said was professional to the max. He was very forthright about what was good and no so good about our trade-in. He did not play games like so many sales people have done over the years. We made an offer, he countered, we had a deal. He then took us through the features of our new CRV in great detail. We walked out not only satisfied but very impressed with Said and Civic Motors. I only wish all car sales people possessed Said's personality, knowledge and customer service attributes. More
