le pire service J'ai été dans la section occasion étant donné que j'avais vu certaines autos qui m"intéressaient en ligne et j'ai téléphoné Richard puisqu'il m'avait J'ai été dans la section occasion étant donné que j'avais vu certaines autos qui m"intéressaient en ligne et j'ai téléphoné Richard puisqu'il m'avait donné sa carte et il me faisait un bon deal sur une auto il enlevait environ 500$ sur le véhicule, par contre lorsqu'il m'a demandé mon mode de paiement, toujours au téléphone, je lui ai dit que je payait comptant et il m'a dit :« Ah d'accord, vu que tu payes cash, je dois retiré le rabais de 500$ et je t'ajoute 500$ vu que tu ne prends pas le financement avec nous.» J'avais beau lui dire qu'il ne pouvait pas le faire, il m'a dit je sais nous sommes en cours présentement, mais vu que nous n'avons pas encore perdu ou gagné, nous continuons de le faire... faites attention avec les vendeurs de hyundai chomeday, ils sont des crosseurs littéralement.... Bought a car with only 73k millage in August 2016 with a transmission defect that I found out they were aware of but hide it from me at the moment of sale. Just 3 weeks later I went there for exchange they devalued same car i took from them by $2000 (because they knew they had successfully duped me), forced me to take extended warranty to transfer their responsibility, charged me a hidden $500 during purchase that i only saw when i went home. Fast forward to today, car has had many problems including stalling on highway, window problems, engine noises, etc and they are not cooperating. Took it back there for servicing, after 1 week the same issues resurfaced and when you call they transfer you to someone who never picks. Never return calls when they know is me calling. Taking the case to small claims court and to social media. Is high time they are exposed so others dont go through same ordeal we are going through. My first attempt for me to buy a Hyundai, and I'm finding it difficult to dissociate the dealer's attitude with the brand. Go there and have yourself to be blame. More

Stay away from this dealer! Got a 2016 Elantra there, they promissed lots of things and guess what? None acomplished. First of all, I wantend to check on the prices for a 84 months financing. Got a number for a bi-week payment and I asked them if this was the final numbers I'd have to pay and they say yes. After that you go to the financing section, they're like hunters, want your money at any cost. I new my credit history was great and not a chance for refusing. The financing director sent me an email saying that he managed to make the bank aprove my financing if I pay an insurance but it would have to be in 94 months instead of 84. What a joke! When I came to pick up the car they said the color was another one but the same model. Oh boy, i had signed a kind of pre-contract and the color I had choosen was mentioned on the paper, and again another headache. They gave me CA$ 200 for the incovenience but the funiest part of it, they charged me almost the amount they gave me for a tax which Im stil trying to understand what it was, as I got so tired of fighting I gave up and let it go. My advise to the ones thinking of buying a new car, stay away, but far far away from this dealer, they have no respect for they clients and the only matter for them is taking your money, make theyr comissions and screw the clients! Horrible, stay away at all cost. Rude, theft and bad service I dont know where to start, yes its that bad. Went with my dad to get a used Hyundai with low mileage. Found a 2012 Elantra with 35k on it..Mayd the I dont know where to start, yes its that bad. Went with my dad to get a used Hyundai with low mileage. Found a 2012 Elantra with 35k on it..Mayd the paper work and signed. After signing the Manager came to me and said there was a recall and the engine need to be replaced..LOL..i was furious that they didnt mention that before signing. The manager promised to put a brand new engine guaranteed for 5 years.. When i arrived home i saw that the total price of the car was 3k more...Upon reading the contract i found out that they charge us 2k extended warranty on the car which i didnt ask for. Went back and gave them xxxx..The seller offered me a check from Huyndai for 525$ and apologised for the theft..Yes i consider this Theft. Be careful not to buy those extended warranty if you dont need it..My car had 35k and good till 100k.. Further more, when i was at the dealership, prior to take my plate and registration, the girl im sitting with shouted loudly to her colleague across the room if he received my proof of insurance for the car. I havent seen this behaviour even in a third world country dealership. Totally unprofessional and rude. And the icing on the cake when i was at the service manager's office finding out aboyut the engine and the recall. When his phone rang..The man pick up the phone in the middle of our conversation without excusing himself. I was in shock and stood there for 5 min like an idiot till he finished his phone conversation. I complained to him and his response was "i had to take it, its a customer to you know" I couldn't believe what i was hearing. At least apologise after your animal behaviour, but no he was arguing with me giving me unjustifiable explanations. As you can see, we went to pick up a car from the dealership and this is what we got... I also emailed a copy of this writing to Hyundai headquarters. To be avoided at all cost plz. More

I bought a new Tucson GLS 2014 in September 2014. they give me a good deal with 750 $ in service, Mags with winter time plus storage for the tires. last August the rust start, One month after the service changed from services to only oil change and you have to pay beside every oil change. when I received the winter tire it came with Rims not mags, when I spook with the guy who deal he answered may be yes I told you that to close the deal but nothing written so do whatever you want. rust to fix it will back but nothing extra, if after three years and one day the rust back we not responsible. painting now not original. color is not the same degree, also the pumper not in the same line with the metal Please all check all paper it must have all they told you and even though the car still not good. my contact 5145615578 More
