Bad joke: Been invited for a test drive - no car in stock! Have been invited for a "private event" test drive. They told me that it will be an event with appetizers, soft drinks and of course, plenty of cars f Have been invited for a "private event" test drive. They send me an confirmation letter for this invitation with the appointment at my convenience. I even brought a friend to share with him my enthusiasm. But as it is said "to good to be truth", nothing from all I have been told: no drinks, no food, and worse, not even cars for test drive. On top, this seller guy, instead of turning a unpleasant situation into a favorable one, he ruined our willingness. Just a shameless lie... Left after a few minutes, disgusted and embarrassed for my friend and I. I will never go back there. More

Don't Do It! I brought my car in for service yesterday - Specifically because they had a shuttle service to take me to work. I told them when I booked my appointm I brought my car in for service yesterday - Specifically because they had a shuttle service to take me to work. I told them when I booked my appointment i had to be at work for 9, told- no problem. They called me Tuesday night to confirm my appointment, i confirmed with them again - i need to be at work for 9, again told no problem,i asked at what time i had to be there at for the shuttle - was told no time, just show up and I can go. So i showed up, dropped off my car, and GREAT - no Shuttle. The Shuttle left and would only be back at 9.10. I asked why wasn't I told it left earlier I would gladly have gotten there earlier, and was told they don't really know when the shuttle leaves or when it comes back. I had to take a cab to work so I wouldn't be late and when asked for a refund of the cab fees, the MANAGER OF THE DEALERSHIP said 'I don't have to pay you a thing, I offered a service and that's your problem you didn't take it'. I guess I was telling people what time I started work at for no reason, since according to the manager, I should have been okay getting to work at 10. Lesson Learned.. More

Worst customer service ever !!! I took my car there for some minor repairs and the incompetents that work inside the garage managed somehow to break my windshield during the reparations. Mario Garceau and Andre Leclaire, both directors, are some rude xxxxs! STAY AWAY !!!!! Even when I go for an oil change there I have to have an argument with some idiot at the service dep.
