Very frustrating and disappointing experience!!! I am from out of town and was very clear upfront I was willing to pay the asking price fit in my name plus licence and taxes the normal way I thought. I am from out of town and was very clear upfront I was willing to pay the asking price fit in my name plus licence and taxes the normal way I thought. I Was told I had to put a deposit down over the phone to hold the vehicle and that someone would call within 30 minutes to do finance application. 3-4 hours later I started to receive a series of text messages with questions. Finally about 7 hours later I got a call saying I was approved. At this point after the deal was already made I was asked if I wanted to pay for a safety check... My high went to a low very quickly...not a good way to do business. I have purchased many cars in my day from dealer’s always certified!!! How does this company expect out of town people to complete this kind of transaction? Very disappointed Steve More

J'ai voulu changé de véhicule quelque mois plus tard pour me rendre compte que ce concessionnaire avait ajouté une garantie supplémentaire au coût de 3000.00$$$$ alors qu'eux me disait que j'avais une garantie gratuite jusqu'en 2021!! . Je ne peux dont pas changer de véhicule chez Hyundai voiture neuve car ils disent que cette garantie je vais la perdre dans mon retour.... Vraiment une expérience de mer.... More

When I went today I was told inspection 150.00 dollars and everything that comes up the repaires I pay for it since all these Cars comes from rental companies. Trying to get information from the salesman was like pulling tooth. I rather go somewhere else pay a bit more and work with salesman who are helpful. More

De plus, l’acheteur n’a même pas pu partir avec son véhicule car, par votre faute, l’heure de fermeture était passée. Les clientes ont dû attendre plus de 1h30 après l’heure de leur rdv avant de pouvoir passer au financement pour ce faire dire à la fin que si elles voulaient partir avec leur véhicule, elles doivent payer des frais de 250$ puisque l’heure de fermeture est passée. Complètement ridicule !!!! Elles ont pris la peine d’arriver à 18:30 et elles doivent maintenant retourner bredouille chez elles pour retourner chercher le véhicule un autre jour. De plus les pneus d’hiver n’étaient même pas prêts et nous devrons retourner aller les chercher. Un voyagement de plus à nos frais. Vous devriez avoir honte de traiter vos clients de cette manière !!!! More

I NEVER GOT IT and after asking about it the finance director Alain Campeau told me he would fix it and HE NEVER DID. My contract said 5040 km. When i picked up the car it read 6130 km. I noticed when i went inside my car that i already had the first oil change sticker. I spoke to sales director Patrick Vaillancourt and he said we forgot to enter in the system. Another xxxxxxxx lie. Than i asked for a compensation for these Lies according to them mistakes. He agreed to give me a cargo cover. Once they received it they blackmailed me saying you will get it if you leave a 100% goo review. I told them they can keep the cargo cover because i don't want others to get SCAMMED the way i did. WORST EXPIRIENCE OF MY LIFE. By far the worst service and worst expirience of my life! They not only delivered me a broken car, the ripped me off 10 000$ on the sales price!! For a deal that was supposed to be 26000 they ended up making me sign for 36000 and hiding it from me i only realised after i got the final contract and reviewed it. Then i had to go back the following day(and miss a day of work) because my axle was falling off and they tried to argue with me and say it was my fault, after 13km? Its my fault? Not only that, i had to argue with them even more to lend me a car for the 2 weeks that they were taking my car. Never am i ever buying a hyundai from there again. I took all the chomedey hyundai stickers off that they put and the license plate frame too! Never buy from this dealer. More
