Even though your comments do not shine a positive light on our dealership they are important to use as a guide in bettering ourselves and our services. I am a little embarassed with the number of issues that have inconvenienced you throughout your ownership experience thus far and for that I apologize on behlaf of our team. Looking at your service history you have been in as many times as a vehicle that should be twice as old as your Sienna! Regarding the latest email that you received congratulating you on your purchase, that was clearly in error. We have recently transitioned to a newer software product and in importing our existing clients this email follow up was added to everyone's account. Sorry to infiltrate your inbox with this random and inaccurate corespondence. Please know that your comments will not betaken lightly. Thank you for your responses to my review. It shows that Charlesglen does care about me (the customer) The two outstanding issues (iPod cable, and $50 for the rewards program) remain outstanding. I hope they can be resolved soon.

Hi Lorne, I hope by now Mark has followed up with you? We wanted to order in more parts to ensure compatability. However, its going to take some time as our source had to order it from the manufacturer. $50 Gift cert... I was sure it would have been recieved in our big batch that we just mailed out.
