We found him to be friendly, very knowledge, personable, accommodating, and excellent to deal with. He took time to answer our questions, and made sure that we were given a good deal. He introduced us to John, the New Vehicle Manager, and we were able to have a fine chat with him, too. Jim, the Delivery Coordinator, did a super job of showing us the 'must know' parts of our Rav4 before we left the premises. Wil and Gary capably walked us through the finance part.
