Right from walking in and being greeted but not over-whelmed by the sales staff the day we purchased our vehicle, to being greeted, remembered and assisted by Stephen two unrelated times of the purchase. Stephen was not the salesperson with whom we dealt with when purchasing but was very hospitable when I arrived at Charlesglen for some unfinished issues and went out of his way to make sure I was attended to. He was very kind. Lorne (our sales agent) was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating and not pushy! He was a pleasure to deal with. We had been at a different Toyota dealership earlier in the day; they could take a few lessons in public relations from Lorne. Kerri was friendly and very easy to deal with. Her smile, pleasant personality and patient nature complimented the manner in which business was conducted. She was knowledgeable about options available to us and was very helpful with explanations. Last but not least, Mark. Perfect personality for the job of teaching us all the bells and whistles that come with our vehicle. Even before we started, Mark was a gem. My license plate which I was transferring from my old vehicle to the new one, was extremely stuck,; neither my husband or I could undo the one screw. With great determination, Mark came to my rescue. Mark's expertise in vehicle knowledge was superb. What impressed me more than the actual knowledge, was the pleasure and ease with which he shared that know how with us. It was a last minute decis Long down the path to purchasing my next vehicle I was pretty convinced that I'd end up driving away with a Chevy Colorado. It was a last minute decision to take a look at the Toyota Tacoma and to walk through the doors of Charlesglen and I'm sure glad I did. Just picked up my Tacoma yesterday and couldn't be happier (no pun intended) with my decision. Professional staff from top to bottom -- Mark, Alex and Jim all played key roles in landing the keys in my hands. Mark did an excellent job providing me with answers to my questions and addressing the best options for my lifestyle without slick talk or greasy salesmanship. Take note other dealers out there, there's a big difference between selling and connecting with your clients. When it came to financing, Alex made the process seamless and worked to land the best terms for my budget while Jim provided me with a great overview of my new truck --taking the time to explain all of the great features and sharing anecdotes that had me feeling like I just inherited a vehicle from the favorite uncle I never had. Most pleasant service that you can get I went to the dealership 4 hours ahead of my appointment. I was not expecting to be accommodated right away but they did! From the get go I know I wil I went to the dealership 4 hours ahead of my appointment. I was not expecting to be accommodated right away but they did! From the get go I know I will have a very pleasant experience. They gave me options, showed me what they have and explained to me in details what I am getting into. I have a clear picture of what is ahead of me and that to me is reassuring. Super Positive Experience Over the past 9 years, my husband and I have had the pleasure of working with the folks at Charlesglen Toyota Scion on the purchase of 3 vehicles; 2 f Over the past 9 years, my husband and I have had the pleasure of working with the folks at Charlesglen Toyota Scion on the purchase of 3 vehicles; 2 for ourselves, a RAV4 and a 4Runner, and one for a family member, a Yaris. This latest adventure began in Service with Dan Wilson who was kind enough to put us in contact with Mike Loritz in New Vehicle Sales. Mike spent quite a bit of time with us, talking about the 4Runner and the Sequoia, and taking us on test drives in both vehicles. When we returned, we had the opportunity to meet Tim Beach who talked to us about our trade in and answered some questions for us. We made our decision to purchase a 4Runner and we had the good fortune to work with Kerri Hope, who helped us with loads of questions, as well as paperwork in Financial Services. As well, we met Mark Peters for the delivery and orientation of our new 4Runner, and he helped us to figure out the new technology. All in all, our latest purchase has been a super positive experience from start to finish. Many thanks to all those folks who helped us in our adventure. More

....great place, great cars. ....just bought a new (2015) RAV4 from Charlesglen Toyota. Everyone was very helpful, especially Jurat Perminaite. I wasn't going to buy until she to ....just bought a new (2015) RAV4 from Charlesglen Toyota. Everyone was very helpful, especially Jurat Perminaite. I wasn't going to buy until she told me all about their deal. Also Jim McAlorum, he explained everything about my new vehicle, very thoroughly. Alex Keong went thru the paperwork with me, so much of it. The service people are all very nice too. All in all a great experience. Great vehicle (2015 RAV4) as well. Now I just hope no-one bangs into it, like someone did to my other RAV4 that Charlesglen took as my trade-in. Great job people. More
