I have always felt completely looked after whenever I've gone to Charlesglen Toyota, including when I've gone for the regular service visits. I love my new car even though I was sad to let go of my old one. My sales person, Hala, was very patient and understanding and she listened very carefully to my concerns and desires. She made sure she addressed them thoroughly. I never felt rushed or pressured because she really wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. I very definitely recommend her for a sales rep. All the rest of the staff that I dealt with in the process of the delivery were just as caring, patient, attentive, and very pleasant. There really is a friendly atmosphere and everyone there sincerely wants to make you happy. I enjoyed a few laughs along the way. More
