‘B’ service completed It took about 3 weeks to get appointment but I was not having any problems- I just needed to maintain the service schedule. When I made the appointment, I was told it could take half a day to complete the work but it was done in 2.5 hours. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. More

Impreza I am happy with my Subaru, as I fully expected! I am a little disappointed in the customer service though. I didnt notice there were no weather mats o I am happy with my Subaru, as I fully expected! I am a little disappointed in the customer service though. I didnt notice there were no weather mats or mud flaps/guards and these optional accessories were not discussed at the time I purchased,or I would have negotiated them in the deal. A week later, once I drove the car I noticed and called my sales rep hoping we would be able to come to an agreement on a better price than on the website. However, I was told I had to pay full price for these accessories, not even a few percentage off. Disappointing. More
