I got a very prompt response telling me that they thought it was a stone lodged between the backing plate and the rotor, and to bring it in and they would check it over and dislodge the stone free of charge. When I arrived this morning Rodger Sallans met me at the service reception desk and very promptly fixed the problem. He also showed me what to do if it happens again. Much appreciated and would recommend highly to others. Very pleasant and professional service. More

Worst Service and poor Subaru Crosstrek 2018 Paint Quality Bought brand new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek 2018 with Centaur Subaru and paid extra $1000 for paint, leather and underneath protection. As soon as I drove Bought brand new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek 2018 with Centaur Subaru and paid extra $1000 for paint, leather and underneath protection. As soon as I drove this car home the paint chipped off from various places such as rear and front passenger side doors. Took an appointment and met with owner and they blame on stone chips on highway and said its not cover in warranty. Another day I was washing my car and 1" paint peeled off. I again took and appointment in Centaur Subaru with a Canadian Subaru rep. To my surprise he gave me a touch paint and Centaur Subaru offered me 26000 to buy back the car which I paid almost 40,000 with all options. I ended up selling it for 28000. I had a very bad experience with the dealer and from Subaru Canada. No more Subaru in my life. More

Beware Dealing with Centaur's Service group has been a constant let down. From the extreme arrogance of the one service manager, the incompetent tech's that Dealing with Centaur's Service group has been a constant let down. From the extreme arrogance of the one service manager, the incompetent tech's that work in the shop; even the owners... They are all bound to disappoint and downplay any mistakes. The service area is always filled with disappointed customers; every time I have gone in there! The employee's and owners all know better then anyone and everyone and if a mistake is made, it's not ever their fault; It might be Subaru Canada's fault but never ever theirs. High Oil Consumption is a normal thing too I guess... or so they all will tell you. What a sub par facility as well. There is no adequate parking, no waiting facilities, inadequate service hours, long and unexpected wait times, inability to answer a phone call but... they will give you a couple bus passes! Thanks for years of disappointment with my Subaru and the totally inadequate ways you've always dealt with things. My advice, stay far away from Centaur. Centaur isn't what it once was and unfortunately, neither are Subaru's either. More
