I bought brand new 2020 honda accord from here, in 9 days there was “ Emission system problem”. I took my car to dealership and they said we have to bring in the car for 2-3 days until we fix it. I was polit there was “ Emission system problem”. I took my car to dealership and they said we have to bring in the car for 2-3 days until we fix it. I was politely cooperating. I told them its a brand new car, why is it giving me issues. They gave me excuse that its a very small issue, we’ll fix it and it wont come back. I still cooperated till that point. I got my car on 3rd day, i was suppose to get car in morning but they gave me in afternoon. In next 2 hours my car displayed me the same issue on speedometer, “emission system problem”. I was very pissed off. Now they told me we’ll change the sensors and call honda engineers. So what were they doing before. I was the worst customer service. I dont want to keep the car. Whats the point of buying a brand new car. I dont want repair on a brand new car just after 9 days. They are forcing me to keep the car by saying its a small issue. If this issue comes after couple months it understandable. Its not even 12 days i bought it and its driven only 1500km. My purpose of buying the car was to drive uber. I’m not able to drive uber since the day i bought it. Its so inconvenient to go to dealer again and again. I paid 100$ for safety. Now uber wont let me drive the car. I have go for another safety on the car. They gave me rental car and i have to pay for the insurance on top my original car insurance. What if the car breaks down in middle of highway who is responsible. If i’m driving uber and this issue comes, i’ll get very bad rating and uber wont let me drive again. They do fake promises, they sell the car very fast. I’m not trying to make money out of them or do any type of fraud. They dont appreciate customer kindness and cooperation. I dont want to pay for something which is defective. I contacted honda head office. I hope they help me in getting brand new exchange for the car. Beware guys, if you want to buy car from them. If its defective they wont take it back. My friends got car from other dealer in brampton and car works very well with no issues. I felt very bad and this car is stressing me out. I could have bought used car and still get warranty on it. They dont understand the meaning of brand new car. Zero rating!!!!!!!!!!!! More
