I cannot recommend Castle Honda to anyone. If you value transparency and respect as a customer, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Buying a brand-new car was supposed to be an exciting milestone for me, this was my very first new car purchase. Unfortunately, Castle Honda completely ruined what should have been a special experience. I purchased a 2025 Honda Civic Sport Hybrid, only to later find out that the dealership failed to disclose that the car had already been damaged during transport. That alone was upsetting, but it didn’t stop there. While the vehicle was still in Castle Honda’s care to be fixed due to the transport damage, it suffered even more damages and scratches, on the hood, upper and lower front bumper, both fenders, the driver-side headlight, and passenger-side front door. The lack of honesty and care is shocking. I trusted Castle Honda with my first new car, and instead I was left with disappointment, frustration, and a vehicle that was far from the “brand new” condition I was promised. What should have been a proud, happy moment turned into a stressful and upsetting experience. It got to the point where I had no choice but to escalate the issue to Honda Canada and file a formal complaint against Castle Honda. I had hoped Honda Canada could help, but they informed me that since the damages were caused by Castle Honda, it was the dealership’s responsibility to make things right. Honda Canada even reached out to Castle Honda on my behalf, and the dealership promised they would contact me. That call never came. Months went by with no response, not to my letter, and not to Honda Canada’s intervention. The complete lack of accountability and communication from Castle Honda has been beyond frustrating and deeply disappointing. To show just how frustrating this ordeal has been, here’s the timeline of my experience with Castle Honda. I bought the vehicle brand new on April 19th, 2025, and went to pick it up on April 24th, 2025. Upon inspection, I noticed scratches on the driver-side hood, as well as the upper and lower front bumper. On April 26, 2025, I returned to pick up the vehicle but found that the scratches on the driver-side hood and the front bumper were still present. Additionally, there were new scratches on the driver-side fender, the driver-side headlight, and damage to the driver’s window. On May 8, 2025, I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle at 4:00 PM. However, around 3:00 PM, Castle Honda contacted me to inform me that my vehicle had been damaged by the dealership while it was being washed. On May 12, 2025, I once again went to pick up the vehicle and discovered that the driver-side front bumper appeared grey and was fading. I also pointed out that the entire hood, bumper, and fender had additional scratches that were not present on April 24th or 26th. This was the third time my vehicle incurred new damages while with Castle Honda. On May 13, 2025, I contacted Castle Honda again after noticing more bubbles forming under the paint on the hood. On May 15, 2025, I went to pick up the vehicle and found it parked outside, covered in dirt and mud. I also noticed new damages on my passenger door and fender. Castle Honda explained that this damage was likely due to overspray from the body shop's work. When I asked if Castle Honda could fix these new issues, I was told no and they suggested that once I washed the vehicle, the marks would disappear, which never happened. To work so hard and finally achieve the dream of buying my very first brand-new car, only to have it ruined by this experience, has been absolutely heartbreaking. What should have been one of the proudest, happiest moments of my life instead turned into something stressful, discouraging, and deeply depressing. More
Customer service agent at Honda Castle are very disrespectful for servicing center. Even when they talk they will not introduce themself specially their designation or name. I purchased a SUV from Downtown Honda that had on 4 new Honda HRV original rims. I went to Castle Honda to do seasonal tire change because they are located in the area I am living. Castle Honda replaced m Honda HRV original rims. I went to Castle Honda to do seasonal tire change because they are located in the area I am living. Castle Honda replaced my rims and gave me 4 damaged rims. I spoke to the Supervisor, Lenny, and General Manager, Mark, and was told that there is nothing they can do because no one exchanged my rims. I contacted Honda Canada, and emailed photographs of my 4 new rims and the 4 damaged rims that Castle Honda put on my vehicle. Honda Canada reached out to Castle Honda and they got the same response that Castle Honda had given to me. I was told that Castle Honda is privately owned and poor representation of Honda Canada. I have no rating (0 rating) for Castle Honda Dealership. So sad. More
