He was busy when i picked up the car and I dealt with someone else, who handed me paper work and keys and said go see the girls in reception. I've never been sent off to the hinterlands of the motorcycle department before and would have preferred to just pay where i was and go. The woman at reception was downright officious, and when I ask what she was requesting i sign, she said it was just an acknowledgement that I had received my keys. When I read the little thing (that I did sign) it said no such thing. She was either under-trained or she lied. She did not welcome my correction. And while it was very kind of you to give me a card for a free car wash, and much appreciated, I preferred it when, in the old days, you used to wash the cars and it was all done for me when I returned. I loved that I was sent a pdf of my invoice. Extremely handy--thanks! More

Always professional I started going to Carted Honda about 10 yrs ago when I move into Vancouver. For the past 2.5 yrs I have live in Burnaby and still make the trek to Gr I started going to Carted Honda about 10 yrs ago when I move into Vancouver. I trust them to 1) service my car so it stays in good running condition. 2) Let me know if something needs attention and when it will need to be repaired + an estimate of the cost. 3) only repair what is required. 4) repair my car so that the issue is fixed. 5) All employees that I have spoken too have been professional.
