Cool Service! ...Brought my Envoy in to the Service Department in Burnaby with the A/C blowing warm air. Left it with Mike and prepared for the bad news phone call ...Brought my Envoy in to the Service Department in Burnaby with the A/C blowing warm air. Instead, he called to tell me the refrigerant was low, so they evacuated then refilled the system. It's been a steady 20 degrees ever since, even at 27 ambient outside. Cool service! Thanks! More

Get to the dealership checked it in told me that will be about an hr. THE CAR DIDNT EVEN GET IN FOR OIL CHANGE UNTIL AFTER 12 PM. Been sitting here since 10:40 then they tell we dont have a enough techs on but booked me for 10:45 oil change, so pissed with there service. Riined my whole day off. Will recommend this dealership to anyone or will be returning for any service done with them. More
