I bought a 2009 GMC Sierra 2500HD SLT in excellent condition from Steve Boulay last Monday to transport my sled & dirt bike. Not only did he find exactly what I wanted in no time, but the negotiation condition from Steve Boulay last Monday to transport my sled & dirt bike. Not only did he find exactly what I wanted in no time, but the negotiation for my trade-in (Xterra & trailer) was relaxed, super friendly, fair and professional. Steve even got me a deal on a ramp, 2 sets of chains for free and I will be in touch shortly with him for tires & rims. Great sales experience, love my truck. More
I purchased a used vehicle from them not long ago and I unfortunately didn't purchase any extended warranty. As I was reassured several times the used vehicle had met all the safety checks and regulations unfortunately didn't purchase any extended warranty. As I was reassured several times the used vehicle had met all the safety checks and regulations prior to being sold. However, just over a month the transmission had seized because of the cross contamination of fluids from the radiator to the transmission. Basically, antifreeze from the radiator leaked into the transmission fluid making all the gears slippery. So when you step on the gas you don't move but you hear the engine rev. So as it turns out after calling them about the issue they tell me they best they can do is refer me to an affiliate transmission service shop and offer 10% off the price I'm charged. Generally a new transmission and radiator can be priced between 3-6 thousand dollars for my vehicle. This is after a month and couple of days i paid over over 10 thousand on this vehicle and I now have to spend more. I even asked them to put themselves in my position yet I don't think they understood. Where's the dealership warranty on selling vehicles! be warned!!! More
Not so sure this post will matter on a site that has rants and complaints naming a dealership that doesn't exist, Eagleridge Chrysler???But in case you are looking for a car like my daughter was, I re rants and complaints naming a dealership that doesn't exist, Eagleridge Chrysler???But in case you are looking for a car like my daughter was, I recommend that you seek out the saleslady Leah Bolton. She supported my daughter online, in person and answered every question, without pushing her into a car. Even let her bring home all the paperwork to show me before she made a decision. I will definitely give a GM product a closer look for my next purchase due to this positive event. More
I had a horrible experience buying a vehicle from here, go to eagle ridge Chrysler instead you will get a far better deal. My girlfriend purchased a Chevy Cruz from this dealership, the salesman obviously go to eagle ridge Chrysler instead you will get a far better deal. My girlfriend purchased a Chevy Cruz from this dealership, the salesman obviously saw a mark when her and mom walked into the dealership as she is pretty susceptible to pressure. in the end she ended up paying 19000 for the Chevy Cruz that MSRP was 23000, The next day we found a ad in the paper for same year Chevy Cruz's from Eagle Ridge GM @ $12000, so we decided to investigate. I called Eagle Ridge, I told them the specifics of the vehicle I was looking to buy, told them that I went and saw it at carter but didn't buy and I was looking to compare prices between the dealerships. He asked me for what they were going to sell it for I told him I don't deal like that come at with your best offer and if its the best one I will come down and buy it from you The quote he came back with for her model which was the 2013 Cevy Cruze LT Turbo was $16000!!! THATS $3000 LESS THAN CARTER CHEVROLET. I then called Carter Chevrolet and had the opportunity to talk with their sales manager who in her round about way said that Eagle Ridge was lying that they couldn't offer it for that price, she then proceeded to say that she wasn't going to deal with me that she wanted to deal with my girlfriend who is obviously a lot easier to convince that they didn't rip her off.... DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS GOTO EAGLE RIDGE INSTEAD! Eagle Ridge GM 2595 Barnet Hwy Coquitlam, BC V3E 1K9 (604) 464-3941 More
Just another shady vancouver dealership I traded a caddy in for a 300c. Then noticed a few things weren't right with the 300. I wanted them to fix the broken power window, squeaky brake pa I traded a caddy in for a 300c. Then noticed a few things weren't right with the 300. I wanted them to fix the broken power window, squeaky brake pads, and fix the damage THEY did to my car when they attempted to take the rain shield off the doors above the windows but failed and just scratched it all up. Anyways The sales manager didn't care to listen. I Won't be car shopping here again. More

I want to start by stating that my experience was only with the Parts department, specifically Bernie in this department. We recently had a second baby and with two car seats on the back bench buckling i with the Parts department, specifically Bernie in this department. We recently had a second baby and with two car seats on the back bench buckling in my kids -with the buckle for the belts in between the two seats- became an impossible task. I needed a seat belt extension and Bernie provided me with excellent and friendly customer service even though the extension itself was free and as such did not result in any financial benefits for him. I can't thank him enough, the safety of our kids is extremely important to us and we are extremely grateful for him going the extra mile and finding a fitting extension for us. Exceptional and friendly customer service!!! More
I purchased a 2011 Camaro on November 18, 2011 from Carter GM in Burnaby. I was told my trade in ((2004 Monte Carlo Initimidator one of only 4000 built) was worth only $5100. as a trade in. I provided Carter GM in Burnaby. I was told my trade in ((2004 Monte Carlo Initimidator one of only 4000 built) was worth only $5100. as a trade in. I provided $1700. worth of repairs done the week prior and so he raised the trade in allowance to $6500. He told me he was not going to sell the car because it was not "Optimum Certified" and that he would "flog" my car to another dealer. In less than a week the car is featured as Optimun Certified and they are asking $12999. for it. I did not get a break on the price of the new car. It was advertised in November 18 Province as $26999. and that is what I paid. He salesman Randy Turgeon said I could have a Canuck decal put back on the car as pictured in the advertisement,When I called to ask, I was told I would have to pay for the decal and when I complained about the selling price of my trade I was told he can do what he wants. I asked to speak to his boss and I am still waiting for the call. I only sold that car as it was my husbands car and he passed away last year and I am trying to move on. I was also sucked into extra extended maintenance, replacement value insurance and life insurance on the loan. No of which I needed and was convinced I did. My daughter took one look at the contract when I came home and said I was being taken. I cancelled the extras I had been charged for and now I feel I am being screwed big time. Would appreciate your feedback. Thanks, Val Terry 778-574-6799 More
