Excellent Service When I called to make an appointment to rotate tires and change oil I was told it would take about an hour (North Van said 4 hours) I arrived at the When I called to make an appointment to rotate tires and change oil I was told it would take about an hour (North Van said 4 hours) I arrived at the dealership a half hour early and Lorenda (Service Consultant) looked after my request and assured me that they would do their best to be done in the hour. As it turned out and by the time I had spent a few minutes in the Cafeteria she came to tell me that the car was ready. All within the hour. I was treated very well and will be coming back to get my service work done at this dealership. More

Responsive Service Took my truck in for servicing and was waiting for a while as 2 service reps were really busy with 2 customers that had big issues. The service manager came over and called me into his office to get me going - very good service! Also had an issue with my rear camera not detaching so he called in a service technician to come out and take a look with me. He resolved the problem with me - more great service as then they didn't have to waste time later on. I was very pleased with my experience. More
these guys are crooks i brought my vehicle there because i could not program a key, the memory was full. It needed to be erased so i could program more keys. It is a quick and easy process but They charged me $157.00 for this simple procedure. They said it was an involved and long process but I am a Bus Tech and I knew there were lying. I watched the Tech do the job and it took him 15 minutes, yet they charged me 1.5 hours labour. When I asked why i was being charged that much the woman said it took over an hour, When I said I saw exactly how long it took him to do the job the woman gave me a smug look and said thats what we charge. These people are liars and crooks, I will never go there again More

LACROSSE 1ST SCHEDULED SERVICE Carter GM has a very, nice cafe at dealership....however I was told my car would be ready in 2 hrs.....but it was ready in 3 hrs.
