Amazing customer service and service manager I've been going to Cardinal Kia for over a year now and I have to say that every time I go there for a service, it's been extremely enjoyable. Shelly I've been going to Cardinal Kia for over a year now and I have to say that every time I go there for a service, it's been extremely enjoyable. Shelly Rootes, the service manager, is just phenomenal! She always accommodates me for each service. I recently had a flat tire the night before my G test and she hustled, along with the rest of the Kia team, and was able to find me a tire so I could make it on time. She was able to help me through a stressful day and I could say that I passed my G test because of her! It's a joy coming back for my services knowing I'll be in good hands. More
