We have not built a reputation over the past 15 years by ignoring our customer concerns so I am taking your comments very seriously. Happy customers are the only way we will continue to grow our business. I would like to address the concerns brought forward in your review. Our Platinum Delivery package does not normally include an engine shampoo, but if it’s important to you, we will gladly do it for you free of charge. If we forgot some stains on the headliner, we thoroughly apologize and will gladly redo these touch ups free of charge. Please contact either Mario directly or our service department and make an appointment at your convenience. We do not sell the unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. It is not an option that if offered for sale at any time. It is one of the many advantages included free of charge with our Bronze, Silver and Platinum delivery packages that customer are offered and may chose or refuse to purchase at their discretion. Our 109 Point inspection checks all aspects of the vehicle from tires, to brakes, to belts and hoses and from heater and air conditioning to proper functioning of air bags and all safety items. Safety items being the bulk of the items on this list. I am sure you can appreciate that there are way more than 109 parts in a vehicle and that we cannot inspect ALL the parts. Our main goal is to have reliable, safe and mechanically sound vehicles. Again, had you talked to Mario or our service department, you would have been assured that, although you didn’t buy a new vehicle, little things like an antenna would probably have been addressed as long as we take a respectful way of asking for it. I was told that the "platinum" package was covering and engine shampoo( not that I cared) to "new" interior condition clean up and I do understand that it can only be cleaned to "current" condition of vehicle on inside, this is the big clean up you guys do. I was also told that in that package I was also paying for the 30 unconditional, gas and a 190 point inspection. All this was used to explain off the $450 package I| did not ask for is my point. I did contact Mario the very next day where I was told he would look after the antenna, and to contact Natalie on the chipped (in many places and some very deep in the wiper blade area) windshield. She then told me to contact service, which I did and was told they would get back to me. Three days later I called Mario again he said he would look after it and call me by 8 that evening,,, nothing. Then I emailed service,,, Mario called I explained an issue with not having an extra 4 hours in my day to spend driving back and forth to leave vehicle and pick it up, plus no ride from there back to work in Arnprior. again he would get back to me. Nothing. The windshield cracked driving in Monday morning past in the cold, I then phoned a local business and made a deal to have a brand new one installed for $275 all in. It also still frustrates me everyday I drive to and from work that it takes me two different radio stations to do the 1/2 hr drive. No the antenna is not a safety issue, but your website states you go out and beyond on all aspects of the vehicle including sound system. Part of the reason I came to you and bought basically sight unseen after having been looking for a vehicle for 3 months.-ratings and your website. I have in the past 2 used trucks from 2 different dealers, and one brand new $50,000 truck from another I am neither a xxxxx or a person who complains as a rule, but I have made efforts to resolve these issues on many many occasions and really just got the feeling once the vehicle is gone and you have your money that''s it.
