Hello, I am writing this in regards to the amazing Hello, I am writing this in regards to the amazing service I received at Car-On Auto sales. From the minute I walked through the door I had a good Hello, I am writing this in regards to the amazing service I received at Car-On Auto sales. From the minute I walked through the door I had a good feeling about Car-On. The people there were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking at buying a Jaguar they had on the lot, I fell in love with that car but unfortunately I do not have great credit and the banks would not finance the Jag due to how old it was. I sat down with Pat and told him what we were looking for in a car. Leather interior, heated seats and sunroof :). Pat instantly showed me a car they just received; it was a Mazda 6 that more than met everything I wanted. We took it for a test drive and loved the car. I think I mentioned earlier that my credit is not great but Nathalie was able to get me the financing I needed, not sure how she did it but she did it... I ended up with the car I wanted at a price I was happy with and got the chance to meet some great people. I was very impressed by the fact I felt no pressure at all from the sales team. They were all very professional and easy to get along with, I hate high pressure sales and if I am met by a sales person who is trying to pressure me into buying I will usually walk away as I find it very uncomfortable to deal with such sales people. All in all I would HIGHLY recommend Car-On Auto Sales to anyone who is looking for a new (used) car. The Staff are great, they have a great garage, financing... I mean they have it all. Just go see them if you need a car and get ready to RING That Bell :) Thank you to all the staff at Car-On Auto Sales, you were all great to deal with and I look forward to seeing you in April to get my summer tires put on. When I was considering where to buy my next car I thought I'd go with the used route, and Car-on is right around the corner from my house so I decided to check it out. When I went in I was met by Jace and wa I'd go with the used route, and Car-on is right around the corner from my house so I decided to check it out. When I went in I was met by Jace and was shown a few cars that I thought would be in my price range. Jace was great and accommodating and I quickly narrowed down the cars I was interested in. Not wanting to buy without at least looking around I told Jace I'd be back. Well I decided to compare what I saw with other vehicles online at other dealerships and used car sites, and found that Car-on was extremely competitive! I went back a couple of days later with my wife to see what she liked and we settled on our top 3. Although Jace was in the day I went back he was already dealing with another customer so he introduced me to Simon who carried on with the same great service Jace had provided me. We quickly settled on a vehicle we wanted and decided to make a deal. So, we were bought in to see Nathalie to work out the financing details. Turns out I ended up owing more on my trade in than I thought and had to pick a different car. Nathalie and Simon were great help and guided us though everything and ensured we got a vehicle that met our needs. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and I could tell I was more than just a sale! I have since recommended Car-on to good friends of ours and was pleased to find out that since they ended up buying from Car-on that received a $100 referral fee! I hope I can make more money from the friends and family I'll send there way! More

The approval had taken longer than anticipated. Richard was a busy man, which is understandable being in finance. He seem to make the time also to attend to his customer in mean time, which I feel was impo was a busy man, which is understandable being in finance. Mario was awesome, he made every visit feel very welcoming which also made myself and my family feel welcomed to Car-On. The viewings of the vehicles were great, Mario took the time to answer every and all questions. Other than the overall purchase, I would also like to mention the little incident I had when I took the vehicle home. I went on a road trip and had an issue with my ignition, I called Car-On to resolve it. The gentleman was fantastic and patience while speaking with myself. (dont remember his name). It turned out to be something minor and embarrassing but it was great to have the prompt response. The overall employees were attentive and friendly but the other financial person (I believe her name was Nathalie), appeared to be cold and not very friendly. Keep up good work Car-On. :) More
