What great service.. I can't believe the great service we received at car-on. It was fast and the staff members were all great and very friendly. We drove 9 hours to go I can't believe the great service we received at car-on. It was fast and the staff members were all great and very friendly. We drove 9 hours to go see this Toyota Thundra and had to come back home the next day. We walk into that store at 9 am on Saturday morning and were done before 10. Reviewed the truck, went for a test drive, wrapped up the paper work and they even had the plates ready and the owner ship papers. They are so confident that you will be satisfied that everything was ready for us. Thanks a lot Jace and Nathalie for all your help. Chantal and Dan More

My experience I was not looking to buy a new car but when I went to Car-On Auto Sales for a convertible car I fell in love with this beautiful Mitsubishi Eclipse an I was not looking to buy a new car but when I went to Car-On Auto Sales for a convertible car I fell in love with this beautiful Mitsubishi Eclipse and I decided to offer it to me as a birthday gift. The professional service of my seller and the team got much impressed. The people are very nice and friendly. At the moment I came in I felt Welcome. I would recommend this garage, and I will be more than happy to go back for my next car. A special "Thank You" to everyone for the birthday song!!! You made my day ! :) xxx More

not impressed I don't know where to begin with these people! There service is slow and the technicians are a bunch of hackers, 3 days to replace a bcm and when I as I don't know where to begin with these people! There service is slow and the technicians are a bunch of hackers, 3 days to replace a bcm and when I asked them why so long they told me they were waiting to get it reprogrammed, but couldn't tell me how long, when I told them I needed my truck for work they said I could drive it. When I went to get it, it clearly said 2 week waiting period on bill.2 days later truck doesn't start, I open the hood to find all the liner under the hood in shambles, hanging all over the motor in pieces, when I call the manager about it he pretty much told me I was blind for not seeing it before. My new problem is the timing chain tensioner is gone and the warranty company to whom I paid 4000 dollars to are trying to weasel out of it. In the meantime Caron threatens to charge me storage if I don't get my vehicle out of there, so I send over a tow truck to pick it up and the tow driver tells me they drove it out to him, and there's a big tag on the key chain by them not to start engine, very professional! I towed it to another garage where I know the mechanic is very good and has never had a complaint with the BBB tells me it was probably already going when I bought it and no amt of oil changes would have stopped it. Now it probably will be cheaper to replace engine. Thanks Caron for putting me out of business before it really got going! Once they have your money your dirt! Why was my car up on a hoist if they were waiting for the reprogramming of the bcm? More

My new Suv I purchased new suv and am very happy with it. My son suggested I get a suv because I needed room for my two Goldens and my grandkids. I was going to put money down on this vechile but Mario had said he had something to show me. It was a Hyundai and I wasnt sure about it for awhile. But Mario had said it was meant for me. He was very professional and polite. He also took the time to show me the bells and whistles on the suv. I am very happy with the suv. I need something for the snow in the winter because I drive home on the highway at night and the roads get pretty bad. Thank you for the experience. More

Ram 1500 purchase 1 month ago. I saw that vehicle that I have been looking for in a car-on ad in the local newspaper and decided to take a look at it. I was not in a hurry to buy as I have been looking for quite a while and was determined to be very picky. Fortunately for me, I was greeted by Jace Baart. He was most friendly and, as it turned out, very candid and straightforward. So I buying the vehicle was easy. I waited 1 month to write this review to fully assess my purchase. I am delighted to report that it runs like a Swiss watch (if you can find one nowadays); everything was told about it proved to be accurate. Without Jace's professionalism and attention to my questions I doubt that I would have bought the vehicle. Jace, a big thanks from me. More
