A relaxing and enjoyable experience In the fall I dropped in to Car-On to look at a vehicle I saw online they had posted. I introduced to two Jace one of the sales team members. We went to the standard introduction process and then down to business. Jace and I headed off, he was straightforward within our conversation as we discussed my requirements for a newer vehicle. I would think most people feel the same, when you go out to purchase any product especially larger ticket items you want to feel comfortable with the salesperson organizers you dealing with. After all we all work hard for our money and we want to ensure that when were purchasing something, in this case it was a car, that we not only get a good deal but on the confidence of the people were dealing with will take care of us is something was needed. This is the type of confidence that I got was dealing with Jace and the other team members at Car-On. everyone was a pleasure to work with and I have enjoyed the service and follow-up that has continued since I purchased my vehicle. All in all an enjoyable and relaxing experience by a professional team, thank you! Phil More

I was an out of town customer, and Markus picked me up from the airport. He supplied me with a loaner car in town, while a service was being completed on the purchased vehicle. I was impressed with the number of repairs made to the vehicle and the full service to bring the vehicle above certification standard. They represented the vehicle fairly as per conditioned. The vehicle exceeded my expectations and my overall experience with Markus Boyd was very pleasant. I would certainly look to be a repeat customer with Car-On Auto Sales. Bill. Not Impressed I bought a "Harley Davidson Edition" truck on-line, the pick up of the vehicle was scheduled 11 days later. The 11-day delay, accordingly was due to c I bought a "Harley Davidson Edition" truck on-line, the pick up of the vehicle was scheduled 11 days later. The 11-day delay, accordingly was due to congestion in their detail shop and a statutory holiday. The day I flow to Ottawa; the truck wasn't ready, I sat 6 hours waiting until 18:00h. Car-On Auto could not arrange (plus cost) to get a set of winter wheels/tires, as requested. I went and bought tires myself and had them delivered to the dealership. The interest rate of their finance was high, I financed with my own bank. When I waived the 200,000 Km extended warranty, which is a scam in my opinion, the disapointment in their finance division was large. The inspections, the dealership is bragging with in the "30-day money back guarantee", were most likely not performed and this is why they had to waive the guarantee on my vehicle. The results of a complete lack of planning. Not accpectable, when you are selling top class vehicles. During the wait, the Sales Clerk offered to take me to a restaurant, as a courtesy I would have expected, that the dealership would pay for a meal, but no effort was made. The Sales Attendant did pick me up from the airport, though. Wow. All I can say: The administration/finance treated me very poorly and Car-On Auto is just another typical second hand car dealer! More

I was tentative at first not dealing with one of the new car dealers, and based on my experience with them and now with Car-On, I will not longer be visiting the "big" stores. Car-On had plenty of selection, and Mario had more patience with my wife and I then we were expecting. I expect a lot when I spend my money to purchase a vehicle, and when we visited Mario, he was willing to wait in the cold and show us an endless amount of cars... All while never making us feel like we had to rush and get out. Overall very pleased with our experience. More

I bought a Toyota Tacoma this summer and I must say the truck overall runs fine but the service I received at this car dealership was terrible. When I I bought a Toyota Tacoma this summer and I must say the truck overall runs fine but the service I received at this car dealership was terrible. When I received the vehicle some options were missing (back up cam was gone) I had to argue with them to get the backup cam. The manager was making up excuses and my sales rep was giving me the run around. After several weeks, when it finally came in they wanted to charge me for the installation. I ended up doing the installation myself as I did not want to end up with a hack job. The vehicle was implicated in an accident and I was never notified of this. The tailgate was poorly repaired and the trailer hitch was simply chopped off. I would be more than happy to provide pictures of this to anyone that is interested. They also had the audacity to lower the price of my trade-in at the last minute because it had an estimate done for repairs that never went through something the previous owner had requested I presume, that is another problem that I unfortunately found out at that very moment. The fact is the truck was in an accident they masked it and played dumb when I told them about it. I unfortunately was not aware that my trade-in had an estimate pending with an insurance company since 2010 and that was the reason why they offered me less money for my trade-in. On this note I would also advise people to double check with carproof as they only show the information for claims on the insurance companies that are registered with them. If the company the claim was submitted for registers after the time of the initial carproof verification was done, the claim will only appear then. If you do not believe me please feel free to confirm this information with carproof, here is the number: 1 866-835-8612 I strongly advise anyone that wants to do business with this dealership to have the car inspected by someone that is trustworthy... actually, save yourself a headache don't do business with them at all. Ever. tl;dr They lied, they cheated and took advantage of a situation. I forgot to ask, will I receive a Tim Horton's card for filling out a review on this website as promised?
