Horrible customer service. I have called three times and left messages to call me back. He has never once called me back. I called him on the shotty work they did on my car. They zip tied my steering rack so they wouldn't have to replace it. It's been leaking the whole time and I just noticed a month after purchasing from this car dealership. What scam they are pulling. changing pricing on website to get more money honestly this hurts to say ..... I received a sales call of the blue. Coming up on one year of good payments with this dealership...saying you able to honestly this hurts to say ..... I received a sales call of the blue. Coming up on one year of good payments with this dealership...saying you able to upgrade your car...I was so happy so I started looking online to see what they had ....I wrote down pricing for models and id #s of the car I wanted to see. Later on in the week. I then received a second call ...asking me this time to schedule a meeting to further peak my interest of a sale” which was perfectly fine”... however I then came back on the website an seen all the cars Had been changed in $ having additional mark ups....6-7 thousand more than what it was previously on the same website .... Honestly shame for playing with your websit to benefit sales calls. It’s a cheesy salesman move . I then later did more searching @other dealerships not associated with carnation and found out the same cars are out there from 7-8 thousand cheeper .... Why would you want to rip off hard working individuals ??? I am so deeply disappointed...i can’t believe carnation approved of changing website pricing to have a sales advantage on a tailored weekend Just a sham, More
