A salesman approached us in the parking lot, and I asked for the salesman I had dealt with before, this salesman told us that Preet went back to India and had a factory there. We'll as our Saturday looking around, we stopped in at JP MOTORS in Burlington to look at trucks and to our SURPRISE, it was Preet!! So needless to say we purchased a truck from him there, since the other guy had lied right from the introduction! ! More
Worst Experience ever! Dont even bother going here! I was in the market for a newer car, so I picked one I had liked and started looking for ones local to me. This dealership had one I wanted so I proce I was in the market for a newer car, so I picked one I had liked and started looking for ones local to me. This dealership had one I wanted so I proceeded with a loan application I was contacted by Hal Barton to review my application. After a couple days of back and forth we got numbers to work with and he had the car readied for me to come and sign the deal and get it all sorted to finalize the purchase. The Friday before I had been advised I should hold off on any new purchases by my employer as we were experiencing a downsizing in the beginning of the week, though he felt I would not be affected he advised me to wait it out. I had not signed a single thing at this point with the dealer. I advised Hal of this and he lost his mind, threatening to sue me, encouraging I sign the documents under duress. Even though I may not have a job to be able to pay back the loan he demanded I take delivery of the car. His final words to me were “the car is already in your name, you have to take it!" How is that possible when I haven't even been into the dealership to sign anything. I verified through the MTO indeed the car was put in my name, fraudulently, my signatures were forged and the papers did not bear my actual signature. After complaining to management at the dealership they were quick to undo all the paperwork. I advised then I still wanted the car just needed a couple days till things at work stabilized. They advised me they had to run me back thru financing because all my paperwork was filled out incorrectly and now because of all the inquiries I now only qualified for a substantially higher rate! Be careful what information you supply at sign up! And be careful of the bait and switch! None of my original paperwork that I was to sign on the day I planned on picking up the car was good anyways and I would have had t go back and sign at a higher rate or forfeit the car! Buyer beware here! More

I have 3 Car Nation vehicles in my driveway and this would have meant 5 cars over the past years 5 years and would have meant I had 4 of their vehicles sitting in my driveway and a 15 year old looking for a car in 12 months. I made a fair offer and they offered next to nothing in a deal... insulted me.. they clearly don't value customer loyalty... neither I nor my 2 boys will ever do business with them again.. if I could give less than 1 star I would -- very disappointed..for what its worth the sales person was good - it was the guys behind the desk that should be ashamed! Sales manager tells me how they went ahead and added the “awesome” warranty as I should protect my investment. Have had the car for 15 months. One major repair $1500 “sorry not covered”. Now another major issue “sorry, not covered, warranty only covers the internal parts of the engine, basically only the parts that get covered in oil”. Not to mention they can’t service all that they sell so your car gets shipped off to another dealership where it waits at the back of the line for DAYS! Terrible misleading comfort sale process. So very disappointed. Can’t in good conscience recommend this dealership now. More

Amar the service manager at Burlington never responds to queries or calls back when required. Mr Paletta on the website says he has an open access policy to his clients yet never answers his e-mails, instead, every time I ask for him they tell me he's in Florida. Sales team, are nice but that's what Sales team do, it's part of the job.
