He spent a great deal of time trying to find I have given Car Nation this rating because the salesman I dealt with, Michael Mercadante, was amazing. He spent a great deal of time trying to find the perfect vehicle for me, really listening to what I was looking for. As well, when I did buy a vehicle there, the purchase process was quick and painless (unlike so many other places). They didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I will definitely recommend them in the future! More

Service? What service... We went into the dealership looking for a new truck we had seen online. We were approached by Michael and shown the truck. We took it for a drive and We went into the dealership looking for a new truck we had seen online. We were approached by Michael and shown the truck. We took it for a drive and loved it. Right away we were shown some numbers and agreed it looked good. We put a deposit down and then we were whisked away to Roberts office for the financing. He asked us a few questions and said he would get back to us on Monday. Monday came and went and no contact. We waited a few more days and there was still no contact. I sent an email and never received on back. We called and left messages and there was no response. We called Michael and he assured us we would have a response the following day, no response. After 2 weeks of no answers we called and asked for our deposit back. We were told we could come and get it. We felt like second rate buyers! This was the worst experience we have ever had. We went to another dealership and they had us driving the exact same truck within a week! The financing was in place within 2 days!! I do not recommend this dealership or these 2 employees. I work hard for my money and if they didn’t want it they should’ve said so. If I treated people this way at my place of employment I would be let go and with good reason. It’s sad I have to write this review but I felt it to be necessary. More
