We had a small list of items that needed to be adjusted/fixed before we took possession of the car and Kyle ensured that all was finished in a timely manner. Very prompt and precise way to communicate, which in situations like ours (being from a different city) was a big plus. Lastly, while dealing with Kyle, we felt an honest worker who had our best interest at heart. We didn't feel that sales pressure that is normal and almost expected when walking into a car dealership.
