I had to wait an extra day to pick up my new vehicle because they were swamped due to the cold. The gas tank was only filled to 1/2. I didn't get a fair value for my trade in. They gave my friend over $ because they were swamped due to the cold. The gas tank was only filled to 1/2. I didn't get a fair value for my trade in. They gave my friend over $2500 for their vehicle even though it was 5 years older than mine and had been sitting in a field for a decade. No one talked to us about entering our name in the $100K give away. More
