Haley was personable no pressure sales lady. Great follow up from her to ensure we were satisfied with our vehicle. Fern the finance guy was professional and very knowledgeable and Anand put a Great follow up from her to ensure we were satisfied with our vehicle. Fern the finance guy was professional and very knowledgeable and Anand put an acceptable sales package together for us and great follow up with a couple minor issues. This was our second purchase from Capitol based on 11 years of dealing with the Service Dept and especially Todd McCubbin and two good experiences with the sales department. More
