The vehicle was returned to me on Tuesday with the fsult repaired covered by the dodge power train warranty. Highly recommend this dealership for.thier promptness and efficiency with a special mention of Floyd who kept me in the loop as to the actions taken. More

When the sales rep came with the bill of sale they had $1500 worth of extras from key fob replacement, tire and rim warranty and key fob replacment. I told the rep I declined these services as I did not see the value in them. I refused to sign the bill of sale until he added a clause that I had until the next Monday to decline the extras. I was satisfied with the offer and decided to sign. I declined the extras that day first over the phone and then via email. I was explained they wouldn’t reimburse me because it’s there policy to add those extras reguardless if they have concent or not. When I asked for this in writing they ghosted me. After 5 months of emails, phone calls and text messages I was fed up. I went into the dealership with all my correspondence and continued you ask for a reimbursement. They wrote me a letter saying they would repay most of the difference minus GST and interest. I recorded this confrontation where Jen London also admitted that it was this dealerships policy to force customers to purchase these warranties reguardless if they asked for them or not. This dealership is unprofessional unethical and overall a disgrace to all reputable dealerships. I was supposed to receive a message or phone call three days ago over this matter and believe I will be fighting for the next 5 months as well. Buyers beware More

I have incountered issues here since day one from oil filters blowing up and covering my brand new truck with oil , to accusations of tampering with iner fender causing water to enter my front diff via breather tube . Not only is the service poor , dodge does not stand behind there product when it come to warranty issues . I have been a dodge owner for almost 10 years . I have owned several trucks , cars , suvs over the years and have noticed a severe decline in quality and customer service making me question my next purchase. I would not recommend this dealership or it’s product to anyone at the present time . More

Buyer beware My brother, a member of the Canadian Armed Forces, was not delivered NUMEROUS assurances on a used vehicle. The salesman, Mark Hinze, lied and was cas My brother, a member of the Canadian Armed Forces, was not delivered NUMEROUS assurances on a used vehicle. The salesman, Mark Hinze, lied and was casting blame on other departments. Oil change was not executed- the gauge read 59% oil. When confronted with this, Mark Hinze blamed the service department and said they “forgot to reset the gauge”. When we inquired about this the service manager confirmed that no oil had been changed. Promises of new transmission fluid or a cleaning of the air filter were not executed. Not an unrealistic request on a used vehicle. A genuine compensation would have been appropriate but Mark Hinze is neither helpful or interesting in pursuing our concerns. More
