Hello Ian, I am glad you were happy with the work and thank you for the review. I looked into your charges with your advisor Martin. The confusion was based on a multi point inspection with oil change that was advertised "from $94.95". The reason we have a from price is because different vehicles take different volumes of oil and different types of oil. The $94.95 is based on the most common which is 5 litres of conventional oil but your Promaster takes 6 litres of synthetic which is the reason for the difference. Your review gave me a reason to sit down with our Express Lane supervisor and go over some security footage of the team in action and talk about procedures. Almost every customer interaction that we reviewed the vehicle was in the lube bay for right near the 30 minute mark, give or take 5 minutes, so your experience is not the norm.
