I paid $115,000 for a diesel truck that cannot be operated reliably in cold weather. While waiting in service department for two hours I observed two other diesel owners with the same issue and told operated reliably in cold weather. While waiting in service department for two hours I observed two other diesel owners with the same issue and told there is no fix for the issue. A DEF delivery system that is faulty and does not operate in the cold. I have owned 2013 and 2018 Rams with DEF with no issues. Keeping fluid level between 1/4 and 1/2 has not worked twice consecutively I have to come to dealership for a refill and reset. If this problem cannot be rectified I believe a factory delete with warranty or my money back is warranted. This truck is not as advertised and quite frankly pathetic engineering and service. The service manager suggested I crawl under there and try and wrap it with a battery blanket, that’s what other guys were trying who had been sold a substandard product for way too much money in my opinion.
