Hello Adnan, thank you for giving us your feedback. I am happy to read that the staff took good care of you, and I have already used your review to address the length of time it took to get your oil changed done. Unfortunately for you it was bad timing, they had two customers with unusual timely concerns that they were having to deal with at the same time that you were in, and for some reason the VIN decoder that parts use to get the correct parts for your Mazda wasn't initially working. Both of these things added up to an unusually long time to get you oil change. I have addressed both situations with the staff along with some possible solutions, so you shouldn't have this problem again if you wish to continue to use us.
