Hello Ky, this isn't normally how we do business. You have had eleven prior visits with us with no problems. Unfortunately, we had some jobs that normally don't take long to do, that turned out to be more than expected and were carried over from the day before. This pushed your job back which was going to hit the shop just around the time you showed up. I know this inconvenienced you though, so if you are interested we would be willing to valet your vehicle back and forth for you, and do the inspection you requested for free. Your advisor did try to call you to discuss this but was unable to get in touch with you. So are you thinking I didn’t know where I went? deny and gas light the claim? I want to be anonymous… When I provide you with the hand written invoice for $687.00 from 6/27/24 what’s your response to bury this complaint- free car wash? Free Oil change? How about check your staff and acknowledge I had poor service and apologize. Statement’s where made that were not kept - liberties were taken with a clients vehicle without permission- unappreciated jokes about extra costs on a customer that was having a hard time with one of your products were made that were not appreciated. I am happy that our team provided you with great service, and I am truly sorry about the phones not being answered. This is not typical, we have been without a working phone system since Friday, August 16th, and it has greatly impacted our business. Our IT team has been working on a fix and we have been trying to deal with the situation the best we can.
