Hello Phil, I am sorry that you changed your previous 5 star review. Unfortunately, the issue that you had was unavoidable and we tried everything we could to resolve this before it became a problem. When money is left owing with most finance companies, we usually pay them directly and it is an easy process to get everything completed for the customer. Your previous loan was financed through SCI via another Edmonton dealership. SCI refused to take payment from us directly, they said we had to deal with the dealership that you last purchased through. On the rare occasion that this happens we can usually deal with that dealership by phone and email to get the payout made, but in this case they were hard to deal with and made all attempts to avoid our requests. Our finance manager finally had to drive to their dealership in person to make the arrangements, hence the delay in finalizing everything for you. I am sorry for the inconvenience that this caused and that it soured your purchasing experience with us. I hope you are enjoying your truck and that this explanation has helped. If you would like to talk in more detail about your situation, please reach out to one of our finance managers and they will be more than willing to have this discussion with you.
