The deposit that was put on the vehicle to secure the financing was not returned onto the credit card until two months later after many conversations with people from capital about this issue. I never purchased it thru Capital just did some service work. We ended up setting an appointment to explore my options and to "lower my cost of driving" which I found funny since my vehicle was new. When I arrived at the dealership I was professionally greeted by a young lady. We sat down and chatted about different options. For the first time being in a dealership I felt like I was talking to a friend and not a salesperson trying to pull a fast one.
